Recently stayed here with my partner and another family couple. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful and they work hard. Our room although small was suitable for us and shower pressure was really good. The maids were friendly and room was cleaned, fresh towels and fridge restock every other day or when you wanted it. We met lots of other people which was great fun and nice having no kids with it being an adult only hotel. Entertainment was okay. Evening entertainment could have been better but enjoyed the bingo and karaoke. Holly and Ozzie are the cutest little couple and did their best to get everyone involved. They were good fun. I loved Turkey but I want be back to Marmaris and would rather go somewhere quieter, where you are not hounded and hassled to go into bars and shops. Unfortunately we got home and realised we had been scammed in a shop and there was more money taken out of our card and this is because we didn’t understand the currency and the pressure from the sellers is unreal and we struggled with that. Not our thing to haggle. Back to the positive - we enjoyed a long but lovely trip to Turkish baths and turtle beach. Highly recommend. We also went to another hotel for Turkish bath ‘Anastasia hotel’. Much cheaper than this hotel and very professional. We didn’t go to spa in hotel so unable to comment about that. Food in hotel was so lovely. We couldn’t fault it. The salads and sweets were always so fresh and the lord of variety of food to eat. The all inclusive drinks were okay and typical of an all inclusive hotel. The stray cats come down for dinner, you’re not supposed to feed them but being a cat lover I broke the rules oops. Look out for the boars running past the hotel down to the beach most nights when it gets dark. Would we return to this hotel again? Yes. Unfortunately the hard selling in Marmaris has put me off coming back to this location as it’s annoying and draining. We visited iclemar for the day and appeared to be less pushy and a lot more chilled. Turkish people on the whole are lovely and friendly and the country of beautiful.

Just came back from a 16 day stay at Ideal pearl. Arrived 7.10.24 departed 23.10.24. Overall we had a brilliant holiday & meet a lot of lovely people at the hotel who we had some right laughs with! The hotel overall is spotless & all the staff work very hard with a smile. ROOMS: We stayed in room 309! The room was nice & clean BUT on the small side & hardly any storage! We had a slight pool view if you looked right from our small balcony! Storage consisted of a very small built in wardrobe & a small bed side table with 1 draw!! We thought the beds were uncomfortable personally - very firm mattress & we often woke up most mornings aching! The shower in room was powerful which was nice & always had fresh towels & bedding every day! The hairdryer in bathroom is decent and had no problems drying my hair which is medium/long length. It was better than my travel hairdryer. Hotel also supplied us with 2 bottles of water in our room fridge most days (free of charge). The rooms at the end of hotel facing pool area are very big & spacious with plenty of storage! So if you end up been allocated one of them rooms your very lucky! Afew people we met had an awful view of a white brick wall (reception building wall) and this blocked out the sun & no view at all. Sadly there is no tea or coffee facilities in rooms. POOL AREA: Our first morning we weren’t able to get a sunbed around by the pool - we quickly realised that we had to wake up very early in the morning to reserve a sun bed despite there being a sign stating no reserving beds! Hotel management DO NOT enforce this policy. On our 2nd week it wasn’t so bad getting a sunbed at a reasonable time in the morning. Pool area is lively & entertainment staff Ozzy & Holly do a great job keeping everyone entertained with games around by the pool such as darts, beer pong, table tennis, pool games etc! RESTAURANT & BAR: There is only one restaurant & one bar in the hotel. No premium drinks available! Food at hotel is very much down to personal preference - for us we preferred to eat out majority of the time as we wasn’t keen on hotel food & repetitive! (Like most all inclusive hotels) However, they do put on a variety of food! Beings it was coming to end of season most bars along the beach front were doing £2 full English breakfasts which were very nice! EVENING ENTERTAINMENT: Hotel play bingo every night at 9pm! Costs £5/200 lira per ticket which we played on the evenings when we stayed in hotel. Entertainment is OK! Again, down to personal preference! Outside the hotel we would definitely recommend Roxy’s Show Bar (10min walk from hotel on beach front) - Comedy drag act! Fantastic night out! A right laugh! If your into football - we would recommend the bars by BluePort shopping centre! The is a selection of footie bars like Anfield bar, Manchester bar, Geordie bar, Rangers bar! Great atmosphere when the games are on! TRIPS: During our stay we went on several trips and we booked through MR FISH (located outside the hotel next door to Billy’s Cosy Corner restaurant). Mr Fish is a genuine top bloke & always went the extra mile for people! Also his prices are very reasonable & doesn’t rip you off like most people selling trips! We never had any bad experiences on any trips that he is connected with! Some people we met went on trips through other trip organisers & shared some disappointing experiences! We would definitely recommend the Aqua boat trip, jeep safari & Turkish bath! The buggy safari was great fun too! SHOPPING: For shopping we would recommend Icmeler (10 mins away on the local bus - costs 30 lira each - shops are less pushy, they don’t harass you, great quality & cheaper prices! The shops along the Main Street near hotel harass you to go in their shops which of course can become annoying & when you do go into their shops on afew occasions the shop keepers withheld our change to try & push us into buying more from them! BEACH: The beach is 5min walk from hotel (if that). Some parts of the beach is private for hotels on the sea front but if you walk across the road by Pasha jewellery shop & head straight on towards the beach on the left there is a public spot that’s free of charge for beds & free WiFi! U can buy a drink there but they don’t make u feel like u have to sort of thing! We had afew beach days when we couldn’t secure a sunbed by pool. OVERALL: The location of hotel is great! 10min bus ride to the beautiful Marina & grand bazaar for loads of shops in one complex (fountain show on every night at 9pm & 10pm) & 10mins bus ride in the opposite direction to Icmeler which is a lovely town. Loads of bars & restaurants in the local area to hotel & the beach is a very short walk! Just be careful with the “2 4 1 cocktails” offers because if u work it out you’re paying for 2! The hotel overall is really nice & spotless. All staff are welcoming & always have smiles on their faces! Nothing is too much trouble for them! I would stay at the Ideal Pearl again. Next time I will just ask for a memory foam topper (I found this out on our last day - typical lol). We are booking up for next year with our friends.

Me and a friend stayed here for 4 nights. Our first impressions were good, very nice layout, very modern and clean. Staff members were nice and helpful. They allowed us to put our key card behind their dark while we used the pool and facilities at the hotel. The all inclusive food was decent. The eggs didn’t have as much flavour, but the other foods were good! The pool area was pretty good, but be aware that the pool is very cold! Perfect for a hot day though! One fault I would like to note, is that at night time, it is very very noisy. We stayed downstairs, and our balcony was facing a wall. We didn’t mind this too much, but the noise levels 9pm onwards did keep us awake. There is also a lot of outdoor artificial light which also contributed to keeping us awake some nights. However, the room overall was very clean and well presented throughout. Please do be careful when booking excursions and day trips people. There are so many scammers and each one will do a different price. Don’t let anyone force you to purchase anything you don’t wish to. When walking to the nearby shops round the corner, there are an awful lot of people trying to sell things by using pushful antics. Always ask how much money the purchase is in British pounds before purchasing anything. Overall we had a great trip. After we checked out, the hotel allowed us to continue using the facilities such as the pool and Turkish bath. They also allowed us to put our baggage in the hold cupboard. If you’re with easyJet, like ourselves, please ask at the desk apon arrival about your airport transfer because sometimes the timings change. The coach drivers speak little to no English which can be unsettling at times when needing to know which coach to get etc, so it’s best to ask at the desk if they know the details of your trip.

Was so looking forward to our well deserved break at this hotel, my wife and I arrived at the hotel on the 8th of October 2024, we entered reception and was booked in by a miserable young lady who took our details and gave us our room key,, tried to make conversation to her asking a few questions only to spoken to with a grunt, Our room was on the 4th floor 411, opened the door and room was clean and tidy but very small, The bed was a small double, and ceiling very low, so anyone over 4ft would bang there head several times a day, The balcony look out over the outside eating area and a small view of the small pool, We then went down for food as it was early evening when we arrived only to find the only one restaurant in the hotel, the selection of food was minimal and warm but found something to eat, We then went for a drink in the one and only poolside bar and only bar in the hotel only to wait in a long queue as only one staff member serving, Next morning got up early 7am only to find that all the sun beds had towels on them but managed to find the 2 remaining beds that weren’t reserved even though there is a notice saying do not reserve them! Had a day at the hotel just to chill but 10 o’clock you have the entertainment starting which is the same thing everyday starting with darts with sexual innuendo’s which isn’t to everyone’s taste, Was looking forward to lunch but my expectations were dampened by yet another minimal selection of food, This was the case with every meal time so ended up going out for food every evening, I can always find something to eat but even that was just ok at best, During our weeks stay we booked several excursions, Turkish baths which was brilliant, we also bought the massage package which was amazing, We booked horse riding as my wife loves horses, this was only a short ride an hour or so but still enjoyed it, The third trip we booked was Turtle beach, this was a long 11 hour trip but so worth the day out, We also visited Ichmeler a lovely town 7 miles away from Marmaris which we will definitely be going back to in the near future as Marmaris is quite hectic and full on, icmeler is a little less busy and a lot nicer in my opinion, Would I go back to Marmaris, yes but not to stay, will definitely stay in ichmeler, would I go back to ideal pearl ? NEVER,
