very good holiday thankyou all at aqua, room a a bit dated but well set out only thing i could say is towels in bathroom could have been better.but still ok enjoyed the food and drink staff very good would come back,thankyou again all at aqua. cheers.

Thought me and my fiance would try somewhere else in Turkey, having spent the last seven years in Oludeniz, five of them at the Belcekiz Beach Hotel. Icmeler was our chosen destination, purely due the fact that it was buzzing, but not as busy as Marmaris, and we couldn’t ignore all the positive reviews of Hotel Aqua. We had a fantastic time. Positives: The resort - where it was located, the staff (especially the waiting staff - shout out to Oscar, Isaac, Ali, Ayrton, etc.), the food, the vibe, the amount of drinks included in the all-inclusive…amazing first trip. Also, we had an issue with our first room, they were happy to move us almost immediately. Negatives: There was only one, which I’m gonna keep to myself. What I would say is, be careful on what you agree with inside the resort (which has nothing to do directly with the hotel). We had such a great time, we’ve already booked for 2025. Cannot wait.

I really like this hotel and would come back again! The staff are immaculate with t he way they lay everything out, they are constantly coming over once you have finished your drinks to see if you would like another, this hotel is really lucky aswell because there is a beautiful beach next within a 5 second walk away with a bunch of different activities like jet skis, ringos which is where multiple people can go on some rings and are attached onto the back of a boat and keeping hitting each other and flying off🤣& loads more, but back to the hotel, the hotel was stunning even through the first glimpse as I walked in they have glass elevators so incase your scared of them you can call for help if you get stuck. Not only that but rooms were cleaned everyday with a full fridge restock everyday with delicious food as you come to breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the other hand the entertainment is constantly top notch with how they lay it out with having a mini disco and after stuff like dances or bingo etc. During the day they have different activities aswell like darts, air soft shooting, football shootout on their own football and they have a basketball net in the pool with plenty of sun beds for everyone I didn’t come in the summer but in the summer I know that it gets to very high temperatures but luckily with all their palm trees you will have enough shade if you want but some sun beds do stay in the sun, if you want to stay inside they have different activities like indoor pool and a spa room where you can get clean towels each day for your sun beds. Not only that but they have a full game room with table tennis, pool, chess and more with a little cake buffet outsideand next to it is the doctors, hairdresser, tattoo and piercing, except directly opposite it is a little shop and a jewellery compartment (you can win some of these for money off if you win bingo). Overall I loved this stay and would definitely come again especially to see my friends and staff that I made within my stay!

just left this hotel and it was really good value for money. food was amazing and staff were really attentive. lovely location, beach is fantastic too and the view is incredible. for an all inclusive the food was unbelievable. never been a fan of all inclusive but this place is something different the food and evening entertainment was the highlight. all hotel staff are super friendly helpful and attentive negative points of this hotel are the pool is way too cold, almost unusable, luckily the sea was nice and warm. the hotel room has some dodgy electrics, outlets falling out the wall and scary buzzing noises lights not working ect. also no iron in the room. asked the hotel reception and they told me to use the laundry service to get my clothes ironed but it wasnt obvious how to do that, some complex form in the wardrobe to fill out. also they booked out the hotel on saturday for a wedding which really annoyed me as we were all crammed in the lobby to accommodate the wedding which i felt was taking liberties as we have paid for the hotel.
