Great location, plenty of shops around, lots to do and see. Even the water taxi to Marmaris (marina) or Icmeler-Turunc just a few minutes walk away. Food was brilliant, we've stayed in some top hotels, including at least one in the top 100 worldwide and the food here was actually better! Plenty to choose from, always something different to try (but as with any all inclusive hotel they can put the same spread on from week to week), the staff are great, very attentaive and always cleaning, however table service is hit and miss, especially without tipping. The entertainment team never stop, from around 10am until 12 midnight they're always going! The pool could be bigger and the hotel could certainly crack down on people leaving their towels on the sun loungers for hours without being anywhere to be seen also with the pool the brits are pushing all the sunbeds together so you have to walk all the way around them to get in and out of the pool this is not the fault of the hotel more the selfish people doing it but it does cause some difficulties and could be dangerous if there was an emergency maybe the hotel could look at sorting this out. All in all a superb holiday dont listen to the negative reviews they are just from miserable self obsessed people who havent got a clue book it and go you wont regret it.

We have been going to Marmaris for about 15 years and can honestly say this was the best hotel we have stayed at. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff work so hard to keep it sparkling. When we first arrived our room was very small so we asked if we could change to a bigger room. The girl on reception was extremely helpful and we were moved later the same day to a bigger room. The food is amazing with so much to choose from every night, with all nationalities well catered for. Meltem in the restaurant was fantastic and looked after us well very day making sure we had everything we needed. Buse and Burak also brilliant staff members and nothing was too much trouble. Staff always smiling and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday and the hotel has a separate pool for adults which was great if you wanted a quiet area to sunbathe. You could go anytime and always managed to get a sun bed. Entertainment was a bit disappointing in the evening as it didn’t start until 9.30pm and finished by 10.30pm. Lobby bar staff were also brilliant and always happy to help. All in all this is a great place to stay and we will definitely be back. On arrival we're given a room on 1st floor far from side sea view more like terrace view. Also had something creeping in the room which the kids weren't impressed by. Following morning we were moved rooms to 4th floor which we had previously been on and now the holiday could begin. The hotel is still as good as the last time we came. Entertainment team do their best to get all involved. The food is probably the best I've had in Turkey and you will always find something to eat unless your pallet is limited. This year cocktail was ok however my favourite has been removed which was the mai tai. The cleaners do there best in cleaning the rooms. The showers are temperamental and go from warm to boiling so careful especially with the kids. The showers also need to be slip proof as its basically tiles. The biggest let down to this hotel is towel gate. Getting up at silly o'clock to put towels down. Hotel should really enforce no towels and put a chain across the entrance. Towels as early as 5am to sit round the main pool is not exactly relaxing. The baby pool is also very small so not much space to lounge round. Hotel should also put red rug down around the whole pool as the amount of kids and adults falling was a big health hazard and its also gets very hot. Playing loud music from your own speakers should also be banned. It's a nuisance having two sets of music sometimes three at the same time. Thankfully most people vape and not smoke so this is a bonus. They have adult only pool which seems relaxing but wayyyy 2 quiet. Shout out to the following Zee kids clubs Sue Entertainment Team Taha Pool Bar Women with short/shaven hair in the Restaurant forgotten her name. I have never returned to a hotel but first time for everything and would probably return for the third time.
