What a fantastic hotel absolutely loved our stay here we booked 10 nights and this place was an absolute dream. Double family room with balcony was clean and spacious. Hotel grounds were well kept clean and tidy. All inclusive was great plenty of food to choose from in the main food hall staff brought drinks and cleared tables and reset. There was a food court by the beach which also had a good choice of food and was next to the lemon cafe and ice cream bar and kebab restaurant. There is a 24hr bar, beach bar, and a grand bar the staff that worked these areas were great friendly pleasant and polite and could not do enough for you. We tried the Al a carte, Chinese, and Italian the Italian was the best the food was outstanding. The pool areas were clean and tidy with a towel hut for both pools and beach. Indoor pool was very warm with sauna and steam rooms again all clean and tidy. There is an adult only pool outside nice and peaceful and inside pool with sauna and steam room also Turkish bath and massage. This was open from 10am. We stayed in room 3202 it was on the second floor and was absolutely perfect for us, two adults and one child clean comfortable and spacious. We arrived late and checked in which was easy and everything was explained and we were able to get some sandwiches, soups and drinks just round the corner of reception past the grand bar. The coffee corner and Turkish coffee bar was amazing best coffee we have had. Toilets around the hotel were kept clean and tidy. Private Beach with beach bar was kept clean and well maintained plenty of sun lounges along beach and jetty. We never struggled to get sun-beds on the beach or around the pools. The staff at this hotel work really hard to make sure that guests have a great holiday experience they were pleasant,polite, friendly, the cleaning staff as well working tirelessly keeping everything in tiptop condition. We can’t thank all the staff enough for their warm welcome and hospitality it really made our holiday special thank you. There were shows on during our stay and kids disco these were entertaining and we enjoyed them all. I would definitely recommend this hotel we will be returning in August next year as this vist was end of season and Marmaris was slowly shutting down but there was still plenty of things to do. We did not find this hotel noisy at all we slept well in the nights with the balcony door open. All in all this hotel was amazing the beach bar was my favourite place.

We stayed here for 3 nights mid Nov to compare it to the sister hotel Grand Yazici Marmaris Palace that we stayed at in September. I e-mailed to ask for a room in the main hotel near to amenities and was humbled to receive an upgrade and fruit and wine on arrival! The room was a family room. The bathroom was very modern and large. Although I will say the rooms were dirty compared to the Marmaris Palace. The reception staff did not give us any information on arrival so we had to find our own way around. The Marmaris Palace gave us a map. The staff were OK but spent of the time on their phones and were not as welcoming or nice as the sister hotel. It might be because it's the end of the season though, I know they work hard throughout the summer? The food is the same as the Marmaris Palace. No complaints, plenty of options. The main pool area didn't look like it could fit that many people and I bet it's carnage in summer. It was clean though and it's not hilly like Marmaris Palace. Kids area is bigger than the Marmaris Palace with a small football pitch. There's a model donkey from Shrek that's eyes have been painted on and it's a bit off putting lol Beach area - you can access the sea straight from the beach which is great for small kids. Better than having to use the steps at the Marmaris Palace. The jetty area was very nice with a good size bar and lots of seating areas. Plenty of bars and coffee bars around but the main coffee area smelt really really really bad of cat pee you couldn't sit there to have your coffee. Cats - loads of then, even in the main dining room climbing on the chairs next to you while you eat. It's out of season and they were probably hungry this may not be a problem in main season. Overall it is a lovely hotel with great amenities but for an extra £1000 for a family of four, I do not think it's worth it. The staff and atmosphere at the Marmaris Palace was a lot warmer and personal.

Staff as good as anywhere we have visited, our room which was part of the main hotel, it was quite good but spoiled by noisy people with out of school kids returning at all hours, the staff were kind and if you wanted to know something they would get someone who could speak English if they couldn’t… more

Staff as good as anywhere we have visited, our room which was part of the main hotel, it was quite good but spoiled by noisy people with out of school kids returning at all hours, the staff were kind and if you wanted to know something they would get someone who could speak English if they couldn’t answer, unfortunately because it was towards the end of the season only limited number of al a carte restaurants we’re open, the Yizici’s main Restaurant could not be faulted especially for choice and quality. Drinks were great with all the brand’s available, the rooms are slightly dated that’s why we gave a 4, they could do with an extra chair but are probably not big enough to put one another in. The shop on site is a bit expensive but at least they have one. We will be returning with our 7 year old grandson next year, it was good for his age group. The coastal footpath walks to Marmaris (east) and Icmeler (west) were about 3.5 k and took approximately 50mins, I am disabled and found them very accessible but slightly tiring, all things considered a great experience and we will return.
