I come to cettia with my family it was my first time to turkey and wasn’t disappointed it was better than expected. We are coming back again and I can’t wait. I had the best time ever the entertainment team was brilliant and really made a fuss of us all and treated us like family bee and coco are really the best they are so much fun all day and night and I can’t wait to get back to cettia to see them again. Bee is really the nicest person ever and I enjoyed our darts competitions and even getting the ice bucket on my first day for loosing. Engin and can also were great and I had so much fun with them all and plenty of laughs

We recently had our family holiday at cettia apartments and I couldn’t recommend this place enough, the staff was fantastic couldn’t do enough for you, Especially Bee she made our family holiday amazing, she made us all feel so special, she really has the biggest heart and so much fun and coco he was a fantastic day and night. They really do treat you like family we’ve made friends for life with the staff at cettia, so much that we’ve already booked up to come back again

Another great stay at this hotel, now my third time staying here, and always get a warm welcome, and it's great when they remember you! Entertainment team is great, especially coco, providing fun activities for children and adults too throughout the day. Food is freshly cooked and can adjust to specific needs if needed. And lots of choices on the menu to eat to please everyone Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday, provided with fresh towels daily I would highly recommend this hotel, it's my favourite! We have just returned from 10 days at Cettia and sadly have mixed reviews this time! We have been coming here for 10 years and stopped going last year as there was new management and staff had left. So we were so excited to learn the old staff were coming back this year. However we are now considering new hotel options for next year sadly! Firstly, we cannot fault the staff at all and everyone is attentive and lovely, special mention to Umit who made sure we had everything we needed. As always Niall makes sure you have your sunbed and umbrella. Bee, Can and Coco make a great entertainment team and the kids love them. However, as a pair of friends who are in our early 20s with no kids, we don’t like the amount of kids around the pool area and in the pool, but this is just us outgrowing the family hotel. The main issue is with the overcrowding of the pool area. There are people who come down from Grand Cettia, which has its own big pool, to come and sit at the apartments, which takes the space away from those who are staying at the apartments. This includes big families. Therefore, something needs to be put in place to stop those from the hotel coming down to use the apartment pool, because nobody from the apartments uses the hotel pool. So it is not fair to paying customers of the apartments to be bombarded. Really, the facilities at the apartments are not made to cater for masses of hotel guests, that’s why they are separate. It also gets to the point where we have been asked to move our sunbeds over to allow for room for those coming down from the hotel. What is the point in having ‘quieter’ apartments when everyone from the all inclusive hotel comes down for the day and everyone ends up sitting on everyone’s knees. Furthermore, there are a lot of people smoking cigarettes on their sunbeds very close to other people (including children). As a non smoker, it is very unpleasant to be inhaling second hand smoke whilst sunbathing. There should be designated areas to smoke or people should just be more mindful of those around them. Also, I’ve said this before many times, the rooms are so outdated and have been exactly the same since we came in 2014 for the first time. Cettia is in need of an upgrade!!! They are basic and have what you need yes but they do need modernising. When this is done and the overcrowding is sorted out, the hotel will be great. The ege bar has been done up to a lovely standard and I’d like to see this attention being put to the rooms. The food is great, but a bit expensive compared to restaurants around the area and even more expensive than places on the marina and beach front. Overall, this will be our last time at Cettia which is such a shame, maybe it’ll change if the issues are sorted out but until then it’s a goodbye for now :(
