2nd time at this hotel and it hasn’t disappointed the rooms are very clean and spacious. the food is lovely and always something to choose from and is always fresh and warm. the entertainment team are brilliant and always around to greet you. ken,mete,martin,becky and of course tiger isaac he is amazing and always laughing and smiling. will definitely be back and would recommend to families,friends and couples

“Great Holiday - Friendly And Welcoming, with lovely staff & facilities”

We stayed here from 9th to 23rd May 2024, and had a wonderful time. From checking in to leaving, this was a great experience, with friendly staff, lovely food, and a great location. Checking in was swift and easy, with reception staff greeting us in a friendly manner, a happy tone that followed throughout our 14 night stay. Location wise, it's right on the beach front, with it's own private beach just across the main public footpath, about halfway between Marmaris Centre and Icmeler, and offers a nice walk to either, with a Dolmus available just outside the hotel, if you don't fancy the exercise, just 30TL each way for either destination. There is a watersports booking area just alongside the beach. We stayed on the 3rd floor, in one of the beach-facing rooms, enjoying both a beautiful sea view, and a balcony overlooking the pool and entertainment area. The room was cleaned diligently every day by a wonderful lady. A safe is available for an additional charge, and the air-con worked efficiently. Ample bottles of water are left in the fridge (inclusive), and replenished when necessary. The double shower had a good water flow rate. There is a main restaurant, and an outside snacks area, with inside and outside bars, and the food offering is excellent, with ample alternatives. The all-inclusive drinks offer had a good choice, and service was normally very swift. Staff were very accommodating, and happy to help. The entertainment team were very friendly, and encouraged people to join in activities, but respected your choice if you didn't want to participate. If you do though, you'll have fun, so don't be hesitant in getting involved. The range of activities was a little limited & repetitive on our first week, but picked up nicely in the second week. There were the usual pool sunbed 'grab & disappear for half of the day' guests, but still better than most hotels we have stayed at. The best thing was that there were ample extra sunbeds left stacked up by the pool, which the staff were happy to bring out and locate a space for you, so we didn't have a day where we didn't get sunbeds. Special mentions go out to some of the staff, but the list could be a very long one, so excuse me if I missed anybody off. I didn't have a good enough memory to recall everyone: Our room cleaner (who's name I didn't get) Bar staff Caner, Omer, John and Layda The restaurant manager, Bulent. Nothing was too much trouble Entertainers Ken & Martin We witnessed a couple of very rude and ignorant guests (as usual), but the staff handled situations very well. I would point out the obvious, that it's nicer to be nice, and a 'small & often' tipping regime brings a lot of appreciation. On departure, we were allowed to use the spa complex showers, with towels available. We don't normally stay at the same hotel when we return to a resort, but we will definitely make an exception for this one, because it ticked all of our boxes, and suited our holiday style particularly well. We noted that many of the guests that we spoke to had been coming here for years, and had got to know some of the staff very well. That's a real sign of satisfaction.

Spent a week here with my husband and 2 teenage girls. Location is excellent, hotel clean and tidy, rooms immaculate and all staff attentive and approachable. Spa on site is great and also a shop which is handy although loafs of shops on the street also. Entertainment staff go over and above to include everyone. Only down side is the towels on the sun loungers early in the morning however ample sun loungers on the beach if you can't get pool side. Selection of food catered for all and freshly cooked. Would happily stay there again.

The rooms was cleaned daily. The food was bland. The hotel carpets can do with updating. Lifts could of been cleaned more regularly they weren't cleaned regularly enough and there was always marks on the glas from people leaning on the glass. The rooms was cleaned daily. The food was bland. The hotel carpets can do with updating. Lifts could of been cleaned more regularly they weren't cleaned regularly enough and there was always marks on the glas from people leaning on the glass. The entertaining eps were the best team of reps i have ever encountered they was fantastic and friendly to all. There wasn't enough sun loungers around the pool. Of you wanted a pool side lounger you had to get up early around 6 am to put your towels out. The reps made our hoilday not the hotel it's self
