One of my best stays in Marmaris All staff and management friendly and helpful. Brad Pitt best Turkish bath I've experienced, it is a must for a great start to your stay at this great hotel. The boys are always on hand for drinks and food. Amazing burgers which were recommended by Sergio and did not disappoint. Will definitely be back soon.

I had the most amazing experience for my first time in marmaris at this hotel, The Turkish bath run by Brad Pitt, same name but not the actor. The service at the spa is very professional, I’d recommend it to everyone on arrival, you feel amazing at the start of your holiday and gives you the feel good factor!!services are cheap and professional. The whole of the staff are attentive to your needs and will go above and beyond. The owner is there every day and a lovely host. Will definitely be coming back to this family friendly hotel, and perfect for relaxing and the the bar scene is on your doorstep if you want the crazy side of marmaris. Food at this hotel is exceptional , I’m gluten free , had no problem with stomach , everything is organic here , can’t wait to return.

Brilliant Hotel and spa treatments all staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to Brad Pitt who looked after me very well throughout my stay. Highly recommended the Turkish bath and the massages I received.

We arrived late at night and I had already contacted the hotel in advance to ask for two rooms beside each other overlooking the pool with balconies as our son had his own room and he is under 18. The rooms we were given had a room between us that had a large balcony you could sit on overlooking the pool. I presumed it had occupants and that’s why it wasn’t given to us, but that was not the case! Our two rooms did not have balconies but had double doors and a railing in front of them. Just to be aware because it wasn’t obvious in the dark that there was no balcony! There is a mosque beside the hotel that woke us a few times at 5 am. Luckily, we were able to go back to sleep. We rented the TV package for £10 for the week. We also paid £20 on the day we were leaving to keep our room for an extra four hours which was great. The hotel is spotless and the bedrooms are cleaned every day and towels were changed. You can’t bring the towels to the pool, but I bought four towels locally for £20. The air conditioning was super in the rooms especially in 38-40 degree heat🌞 The lady in reception is lovely and the man in the shop is very friendly also. The food in the bar is really lovely! It cost the same as anywhere else in Marmaris. The steak burger is gorgeous and the pizzas are lovely also. The staff are lovely! Water everywhere is cheap and to buy fizzy drinks and beer is approximately 3-5 euros each. The pool is nice with lots of beds and great music playing! Breakfast was okay. They cooked omelettes for you outside which were tasty! There were boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, beans ,tomatoes & sausages. You could make toast and there was lots of bread rolls. There was also fruit and yoghurt, cheeses, meats, juices & a great coffee machine! I met “Brad Pitt” the spa manager on my first day. He is trying to keep the spa and its staff working..he didn’t hassle us like I read in previous reviews. His job is to keep the spa open and the staff working so he will approach all hotel clients and try and get business from them. He was nice and friendly. I signed up for the two hour deal which included the sauna, a Turkish massage with exfoliation and a coffee, mud, and foam massage. For €65, I also got a full body massage, a facemask a head massage and a foot massage! I would recommend the service with Esmi who was so good at massage😀 I also bought four items for €20 including a moisturiser, a body oil, a healing body cream and a mud mask. They were really cheap to be honest. I did buy three further massages for €75 but to be honest I needed them and I really enjoyed them! Much cheaper than at home and “I’m worth it”🤣 Esmi is a great masseuse💥 The hotel itself is in a quiet spot at the end of a very busy nightlife area. We had a bad experience in Jacob’s restaurant where one of the staff was very inappropriate se#ually to us. The street bars and restaurants have lots of gyrating men dancing inappropriately during dinner. Each restaurant is almost competing to be louder, brasher and it almost feels like the staff are being exploited. We preferred to get the number 2 bus to the main area of marmaris(10 mins max) that you can flag down anywhere on the same side as the hotel into Marmaris itself. It stops at Burger King and you also get it at Burger King. It’s really cheap at 25 Lira each. We went to a couple of restaurants along the beach..Viking beach has fab food and also BONO was nice. These are quiet restaurants as further along the promenade, it gets really busy and loud. We had a few amazing day trips, which I feel is what Turkey is all about! We went to turtle Beach in Dalyan Which was a fabulous day out💥 We also went to Pammukele Which was fabulous. You need an extra 1100 lira to enter Pammukele for the day and if you want to swim in the pool, it’s an extra 250 lira. The thermal water was gorgeous 😉Some people didn’t have enough cash so we were brought to an ATM machine. We also went scuba diving which was another fab day. All in all we had a wonderful holiday! Marmaris is not a cheap location, we met lots of people who have been travelling there for years and have said prices have tripled this year! Chicken, pizza and burgers are approximately 550 lira (15euros)and steak is 800 -900 lira (25+ euros).. Everything is an upsell with the Turkish business people. I won’t go back to Turkey because I’ve seen some fabulous places this time and the last time I was there. Spain and France are nearer and the business’ don’t harass and upsell to the same degree. KFC or McDonald’s in the Dalyan airport was about 17 euros so super inflated😡 A small plate of chips when scuba diving was euro 4.50 so ripping off people will stop them returning!!
