This hotel is the most welcoming hotel I have been to we were there last year then in may this year unfortunately we couldn't get booked in to club viva for September so went to another hotel even though we stayed in a different hotel we were welcomed with open arms every day all of the staff team are amazing Sergio is a gentleman who would do anything to please his customers he really made a nightmare holiday into happy memories thankyou to the kindness from everyone working at club viva if you are looking for a quiet holiday then this hotel is perfect I absolutely love it 😀

Me and my friend are return guests once sometimes twice a year. This hotel is very clean and very comfortable beds, which is something I always look for when booking a hotel. “Good value Hotel in Aramulatan”

Large family room no pool view, 2 separate beds in lounge for children. As its a bed & breakfast hotel you only have a fridge & kettle in the room, nothing to make food, only sink is in bathroom. Large family room no pool view, 2 separate beds in lounge for children. As its a bed & breakfast hotel you only have a fridge & kettle in the room, nothing to make food, only sink is in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Cake, fruits, cereal. Really need another toaster. Eggs or pancakes cooked on alternate days by pool. Pool was fine, small with slide. We always managed to get a sunbed. There is no lifeguard. Please watch kids playing on slide was incident while we there & boy lost a tooth. The entertainment man played few pool games & bingo but otherwise just bit of music and chilled atmosphere. Food & drink more expensive than dining out but easier if at pool all day & good quality meals. Location is at outer end of Aramulatan but bus literally stops outside & 25tl down to fountains/Marina. Blue bus number 2. Supermarket across road ok otherwise walk right & migros just across from Shadows.

For me this was a decent hotel which ticked a lot of boxes primarily the price as I managed to get a 7 day break here for under £300 including flights (no suitcase) and transfers. Brad Pitt, read the reviews on this fella but thought I would be polite and listen to his speech before breakfast as I was 60/40 if I would use the services. I explained I was on my own so not sure I wanted to have anything. I also had not slept very much having just arrived and also had a horrible cough so said I needed to go to the pharmacy straight away to get antibiotics… This guys listening skills are not great. He didn’t listen to what I said and if he had I would have been tempted to take the basic package. After his sales speech he then wrote out a ticket and asked my name (which I had already told him) and wrote 10am today for Turkish bath. Brad was not very smart as he lost the sale as he forgot my name, presumed writing a ticket would pressure me into a sale, he also forgot that I had told him I was going out after breakfast to go to a pharmacy and didn’t want anything today anyway as tired. Brad then had a bad attitude so I didn’t buy anything for another day. He is only polite to people who have bought from him. He spends most the time walking around with a face like a smacked bum and was rude to a female at the hotel when she was away from her boyfriend because they didn’t buy. Breakfast - in comparison to the one other hotel I’ve stayed at in Marmaris I’d say the breakfast was good. I mainly ate cheese and bread, beans on toast or egg on toast, there was cereal, fruit etc. The inclusion of salad at breakfast was quite bizarre but I assume that’s Turkish to have tomatoes, lettuce and olives? Oh and the “spring rolls” are actually cheese. I told the manager about the sign and he insisted they were spring rolls. One, 2 slice toaster was frankly ridiculous for the amount of people in the hotel but I was told they have a big one for peak season. Lady making omelettes and fried eggs was nice and eggs spot on. I loved that I could get satellite TV in the room for £10 so I was able to watch live football and BBC ITV ect in the room so I could have a drink in the room while watching TV. Bed was firm but good for my back and I pushed the two singles together to make a king. Cleaning of room was fine for me, just wanted towels changed and bins emptied most days. I was out all day in icmeler and came back and the room had had a more thorough clean. Fridge was decent size for drinks, balcony handy to catch the late afternoon sun. Most staff seemed tired as it was the end of the season. Not always the most positive attitudes and they had annoying habit of shouting at each other across the bar/restaurant/lobby or standing in a group talking loudly in front of customers. I was sat in lobby waiting for the transfer and they would shout from the front door To reception to the shop or bar area and I was sat in the middle. Not much consideration for the guest. I didn’t like that the hotel felt like it was being closed down around us. Reception staff were the most polite and the girl at the bar was one of the only ones to smile. Luckily because no more guests were coming in they let me keep my room on as had late pick up so I could leave bags in room and go for a proper meal. Pool bar food price seemed a little bit too high so I didn’t eat anything during the week but beer price was same as most bars 120tl for pint bottle of effes. I don’t think this was not the same all season reading other reviews. Pool bar was reasonably busy. Very little entertainment which was fine by me. I managed to get people together to play killer pool but other than that the staff played bingo once all week on a Saturday maybe because it’s end of season. Pool clean, quite cold though so could only ready have a quick dip. Sunbeds fine in quality but imagine it’s tricky to find space when the hotel is full.
