Last minute break before school commenced. Last minute break before school commenced. Arrived at 5.30 am to be shown to a room with only a double bed , there were 3 of us , quickly ran to reception who then moved us to another floor that had 2 singles and 1 sofa bed in lounge , unfortunately the bed wasn’t made and no bedding was available but after 15 hours of travels we just pushed the singles together and went to sleep . Woke the following morning to beautiful weather , we were a little disappointed with the condition of the room , it was very dated, painted furniture was in dire need of a repaint .. broken handles , grout missing on floors, fridge was a little grubby, but we knuckled down , cleaned the room with disinfectant wipes which I brought with me and was happier.. We did have a wonderful time here with the staff being helpful and attentive , Mastafaha , Ali , Abdulla , to name a few We had our hairs washed every other day which was just lovely;, staff in salon all very friendly .. and just the best head massage .. We had tattoos / piercing done with Dadi and absolutely love them. 10/10 We brought jewellery from the shop , he repaired a watch for me and was so friendly to us every day . Entertainment team .. they were good enough for the time we spent there . Ali the snake 🐍 man , glass walker, magician was ok … Bubble lady was great Nightly bingo was fun We had 1 or 2 lunch meal pool side , pizza and a burger… We went out every evening to eat and drink and enjoyed the night life throughtout the neighbhood great restaurants up and down the strip . Fantastic late night kabab at Katie’s .. 10/10 My negatives are Pool area need more cleaning .. sunloungers need to be moved and not just machine cleaning round the edges.. Pool drain grates are black with mould and needs cleaning asap as I’m sure this is not filtering the pool very well .. look down them… yuk Cloths used to wipe tables need looking at , they looked filthy .. We would return here one day but housekeeping throughout the hotel needs a little bit of attention .. lets it down

I have put this review off but after reading someone had jewellery taken so I've decided to write it, Anastasia was always brilliant apart from this time. this was our fifth time over the years staying here and we always loved every minute especially when our grandson was younger, until now, yes... more

I have put this review off but after reading someone had jewellery taken so I've decided to write it, Anastasia was always brilliant apart from this time. this was our fifth time over the years staying here and we always loved every minute especially when our grandson was younger, until now, yes the hotel needs updating, but due to the amount of guests it must be difficult to keep on top of, but it's clean and the rooms have everything you need, they are cleaned daily to a good standard, The wife and I took our grandson with his mate, both 18 years old and they had their own room. I am not trying to bad mouth the hotel but my grandson and his mate had items taken from their room the second week, jewellery (2 watches and two bracelets taken) along with money, yes the lads did have a safety deposit box but young lads dont think, and left them on the table, so yeah its their loss. Dawn was very supportive but with no evidence nothing could be done, this has never happened before, so it's strange, but now someone else has had jewellery taken, so this review is not to scare people but to be mindful. Unfortunately this has left us P@@ed off so we won't return. The positive is the entertainment team were brilliant, yeah it's the sane thing almost everyday but they try their best to get everyone involved. Dawn was brilliant and tried to get to the bottom of the theft but no evidence to help.
