We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at Casa de Maris. The staff are caring and ensure that everyone is having a good time at the events. We would really like to thank Emin, Salih and Emer who went above and beyond for us. Elif from guest relation also took care of our issues and looked after us. The food choice is good for vegetarians and there are music and fun events during evenings which make it fun. We would highly recommend !

“Best holiday!”

We came home yesterday after the best 7 days at Casa De Maris! I was a bit apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews but I shouldn’t have been worried. The staff are all amazing and so friendly and accommodating. We really liked the bar man on the beach, (sadly never caught his name) he works so hard to bring everyone drinks in the blistering heat. Sun loungers round the pool, yes there did appear to be guests tipping staff to reserve them or getting up at the crack of dawn to put towels down but we are beach people anyway so this didn’t bother us and we always got loungers on the promenade or beach. Food was good - we didn’t overly love the breakfast choices so generally had early lunch from the pool bar. The food was really good, we loved the chicken skewers, meatballs and cheese pitta and would have this with a salad from the buffet on the side. Evening meals were good, always a variety so really there should be something for everyone. Cocktails were great, we loved the daiquiri’s (“slush”) and espresso martinis. Also their white and rose wine and champagne was pretty decent. Rooms were clean and spacious. We paid £30 for a late check out until 5pm which was really handy before a late night flight. Entertainment was okay, we weren’t too fussed about this and went to the infinity bar a two minute walk away a few times to watch the football. Overall we had an amazing time, we would 100% come back. I’m confused by some of the complaints about this hotel, I personally would definitely recommend Casa De Maris if you want a chilled holiday in Marmaris with lovely staff who go above and beyond for their guests. I have just returned from my stay at the Casa De Maris which I have stayed at on many occasions now. The service at the hotel is always exceptional . The reception desk are the first to meet you , they were as always very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and cleaned on a regular basis to a high standard. the staff throughout the hotel I always believe is what makes the hotel special and the reason that many people always return. Whilst I was there they worked tirelessly and all working many hours as the season comes to an end , the bar staff were as always providing a very good service to everyone staying in the hotel ,they had many beverages to hand and made a full range of varying cocktails that catered for everyone's needs , even when it was extremely busy you never had to wait long to be served and always served with a smile and polite conversation. The dinning area was as always full of many various dishes for every appetite and catering for every taste to a very good standard , the sweet area was full of every delicious desert making the dinning area a great place to eat. For me what made the dinning area again exceptional was the waiting staff ,I complimented them on a previous review but feel the need to do so again. My own personal experience was dining in the area covered by Elif and Cem and what great service was provided by both. Again Elif was very attentive, polite and friendly , always greeting diners with a lovely smile , and making sure they had fresh water before asking what beverage they wanted her to bring to them. Always observing to make sure diners were given the best and relaxed experience they could have whilst dining. Its the kind of first class service that I have always seen from her whilst staying at the hotel , when Elif was not covering the area I had the pleasure of Cem looking after me and he done so very well always making sure I had everything I needed and always ready with a joke or two , I found the dining area a very relaxed and well run area even at the busiest of times. Excellent hotel but as always its the staff that make it what it is

Just had an amazing experience in this hotel, the hotel staff are so friendly professional & go above & beyond to make your stay a great one, Eamin, our host was amazing so professional courteous & we were treated like royalty, we had beds every day never had to put towels out at 7am.... food was great, and drinks were in abundance. The hotel was spotless, no complaints what so ever.... spa amazing... I have to say i have never had service like it. Eamin went above & beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment every night, what more could you want on holiday? I totally recommend this hotel without hesitation will definitely return. We all had an amazing experience.
