2nd visit and will not be the last. This place really does have it all, the layout of the rooms in the beautiful grounds give an amazing atmosphere and sense of peace and space. The grounds itself are a nice size and nothing is too far away, the food is very good both in the buffet area ( breakfast is exceptional) and the restaurants. The italian was extremely good and service here would get 10/10. Both the beach and pool areas are perfect, the boat to the beach is wonderful and really enhances the experience. Our stay was greatly enhanced by all the wonderful staff at Rixos, special mention must go to Maher the guest relations manager,a true gentleman who went out of his way daily to ensure our stay was everything we wanted and more, by far the best person in this role we have experienced in our travels( thank you). Give it try, value for money you will not be disapointed.

This was one of the best beach resort holidays that we have ever been to. From arrival to departure the whole experience was excellent. The staff are so friendly and very helpful, always taking time to talk with you, checking that you are enjoying the holiday and hotel. There are so many dining options to choose from and we especially enjoyed eating at Azur on the secret beach. The choice at the buffet in Turquoise Restaurant was excellent. We spent the majority of our time at the beach as it was so beautiful and well maintained - the views out to sea were stunning. The rooms are in lodge style blocks among very well tended gardens and very peaceful. The hotel provides complementary boat trips and we did both the day and sunset cruises. Highly recommend booking these. The nearby town of Gocek is pretty and a nice place to visit as it’s only a ten minute stroll. Overall I cannot praise this hotel enough and we will definitely return. We returned home yesterday and this is quite literally the best hotel we have ever stayed in . Their attention to detail to enable the best experience for all guests is second to none . Reception staff and area absolutely excellent, all questions can be answered via a personal WhatsApp that will be set up for you or you can talk face to face with them . They have what I would call Brand Ambassadors who walk round the resort all day and night asking questions about how everything is going, Mher and his colleagues and they are friendly and extremely professional. They give great credit to the way the hotel is run and portrayed. I won’t go into detail here about the food , drink and all bar , restaurant and general staff as every other review will detail in depth just how outstanding it all is . All facilities, spas , bars , restaurants, secret and very private beach absolutely top notch . Our first visit to a Rixos hotel but this will be our hotel grand of choice moving forward without a shadow of doubt . Thank you Rixos Brian and Christine room 2022

This was our third visit to this hotel as a couple, absolutely gorgeous property set out between pine mountains and lovely bays about a 25 minute ride from Dalaman airport. Gocek itself is beautiful and the hotel being low rise blocks of rooms spread out is something which always appeals to us. The secret beach a short water taxi away is a brilliant addition to the hotel & the spa also lovely, being able to use the facilities. Food drink service staff all spot on couldn’t fault any of it, the staff work so hard and always have a smile on their faces. However, with it being our third visit, we noticed a slight change in terms of clientele, the hotel seemed a lot busier than previous years, to the point where people were putting towels books out etc on sunbeds before breakfast and wouldn’t come and use them for hours, this place has never had this type of vibe on our previous visits. There’s a lot more Brits now it used to be predominantly Turkish and Russian guests with a handful of British couples, but seemed that it was 90% Brits. Also we felt as if the hotel was losing its chilled quiet couples vibe, with big groups of people visiting being rowdy & loud around the pool and also parents visiting with grown up children, that seemed a shame to us. Will we return yes but next few years might look elsewhere to find that chilled quiet sophisticated adults only vibe which this hotel once had.
