“Holiday ”

The hotel was very nice, the bar, animation, restaurant were great, the food was nice. The bar team was attentive, especially Gül and Serhat from the bar staff were very attentive and friendly, we were satisfied. They are good at their jobs. We will come again.

These were the best holidays I have ever experienced. We arrived at night and were warmly welcomed at the reception. We were escorted to a room that had been cooled, which was much appreciated given the high temperatures at the time. Additionally, we were shown the dining area. The room was immaculate, with fresh-smelling bed linen. The refrigerator was stocked with light carbonated beverages. The food was exceptional, consistently fresh and delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful, greeting us with a smile. The pools were clean and well-maintained. I have no complaints whatsoever and am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to return.

As a first-time female solo traveller I was very apprehensive about my holiday but I needn't have worried - Manaspark Deluxe was the perfect choice!! From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for you. I had booked a package holiday through a third-party provider so was thrilled when I got there to find that I had been allocated a sea-view room with a jacuzzi bath tub on the terrace....bonus!! The room was small (but there was only me so that wasn't a problem!) but had everything I needed, including a hairdryer and safe (no additional fee.) Bed was amazingly comfortable and the housekeeping team were fab - room was cleaned daily and both towels changed and mini-bar restocked every time. I was really impressed with the food - there was always a really good variety with something on offer for even the fussiest of eaters. Yes, some days have the same dishes, but there was enough variety to mean that more adventurous eaters could enjoy something different every day. The meats cooked on the grill in front of you were a definite highlight as was the white chocolate sauce with the breakfast waffles (be careful, it's like crack haha!!) Top tip - reheat breakfast pancakes/waffles in the toasting grill if you enjoy them warm :) The snack bar is a great addition too, especially if you fancy something a little lighter for lunch. It's also nice to have the option to have food served to you at your table rather than having to use the buffet. Would highly recommend the meat and cheese pittas and the ice cream is to die for! Drinks were great on the all inclusive - although sometimes a little strong for me.....they don't seem to recognise a usual measure! Cocktails were a bit hit-and-miss but one of the wonderful bar-staff made a delicious Baileys drink (not on the cocktail menu) of which I enjoyed plenty! Was also nice to be able to get iced caramel coffees at the pool during the day - a nice and refreshing alternative to the alcohol. The only downside to the above was all of the weight that I piled on over my 10 day stay due to eating/drinking copious amounts and not having to move very far to get it (the staff brought the drinks to you on your sunbed!!) Talking of sunbeds, this is one of the only holidays that I have been on where there hasn't been an early morning scramble for a spot. I know that I did go slightly out of season but there were always plenty to choose from....and they're super comfortable too. The location is perfect - nestled in a beautiful valley between the mountains but still only a short and enjoyable walk to the town. Would highly recommend getting the cable cars up Babadag Mountain to watch the paragliders taking off (if you're not brave enough to jump yourself!) and enjoy a cocktail in the restaurant at the top. I also did a full day boat trip - I went on the party boat which was good fun but there's plenty to choose from if you have a wonder down into the town and along the front so definitely options for something more relaxed too. Definitely worth a trip to the hotel beach too on the shuttle bus - I went on a Saturday and was lucky enough to experience a party in the sea as the sun went down with live music/singers.....fabulous afternoon! The entertainment was also much better than I was expecting - the professional shows were all of a high standard and Bloody Erol was fab at keeping everyone engaged and entertained throughout without being too pushy. He's a really great guy who is always happy to help with anything you need and definitely helped to make the holiday extra special, even when he christened me "lonely lady" haha! Yes, there are areas of the hotel which are tired and need a little attention. I know people have mentioned the decking around the pools and some of the common areas that could do with a little bit of love but overall, these small issues didn't have even the smallest impact on my holiday. The only other thing I will add is that the pools were freeeezing which was a shame because the weather was still stunning and it would have been lovely to have been able to enjoy a dip to cool off now and then but after lasting about 12.5 seconds on my first day, I didn't dare brave it again! Perhaps the option of a heated pool for those out of season months might be a nice addition :) Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone - it really did help make my first experience of travelling solo an amazing one and I hope very much to be able to return in the future! Huge thank you to all of the staff who helped to make my trip so special :)
