Fabulous stay at Daphne ! Had an excellent room with a sea view even though I was booked for land view. Clean apartments, very good location.. my only quarm hence 4 stars was the restaurant, miserable waiter and the food wasn't great, but there are hundreds of restaurants nearby so it didn't matter..I would definitely stay here again.. I love calis fethiye ❤️ it's great for families

We stayed at Daphne Residence early August for two weeks as a family with friends. Arrived around midnight to be greeted and checked in by the night porter. Very friendly, although limited English. He helped with luggage to our rooms, explained how the air conditioning and safe worked. I had previously emailed to ask for rooms together, ground floor as travelling with our daughter with limited mobilty. We were given rooms together on the ground. A two bed apt pool side and a one bed apt inland view. Apartments very spacious and well equipped. Nothing to complain about other than the sofa bed was as hard as a rock! Definitely not built for comfort. Pool area spacious, plenty sunbeds and no major rush for sunbed wars. Everyday late afternoon lots of local families arrived around the pool area but not sure where from as never saw them go to a room! They stayed a few hours then disappeared. Restaurant prices reasonable and food good quality. Menu could have more choice. Location, across from the beach near the halk plaja. Numerous camp sites opposite the apartments but not a problem. A 5-10 minute walk to the start of the promenade or a 2 minute walk to the dolmus stop. Only negative was that we asked for a late checkout. Quoted £50 which wasn’t a problem. Two days before departure we were told our rooms weren’t available but we could use another one but the charge would be £100! We paid this because we had a disabled child but everyone we spoke to had the same issue. Their room not available but another was for double the cost. Beware. Would we return? Yes, to the apartments but we prefer the area of Olu deniz to Calis.

Stayed here for a week”July” with my three teenage grandchildren and my sister. apartment itself was spacious and enough room to accommodate us all very clean, Was not expecting a cleaner to come as it was only for a week, but they did which I was surprised, We had a small problem with the AC and that was dealt with immediately. The staff themselves are very helpful and polite and easy to talk too, the pool area is very clean Also having two pools was a bonus. The only problem was the on-site franchise restaurant which I found very expensive. The big bonus was that this apartment was on the seafront, easy access to restaurants and shops or you can pick up a Domus to the main strip where there is plenty of bars and restaurants. Would I return most definitely? July 2024

Great location at Calis Beach, easily accessible to walk along the front to bars, restaurants and shops or the back road too has more local things. Great location at Calis Beach, easily accessible to walk along the front to bars, restaurants and shops or the back road too has more local things. Dolmus just a two min walk away which you can get to Fethiye. Takes about 25 mins and cost 30 lira PP. The apartment itself was a one bedroom one and very clean and reasonably well equipped for what we needed. We did 9 nights, bedding changed once, towels three times. You need to empty own bins in between cleans but they supply bin bags so it take two mins to do, so no real issue with that. Reception staff very helpful and the night porter was great, we checked in at 1am and he carried our cases to the apartment, gave us a quick briefing etc, every time we saw him after that we got a happy wave and smile. Two pools, sunbeds always available no need to reserve. We would stay again.
