Second time here,and i still love it as much as the first time in September. Yavuz and staff are so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. This time there is a new clesner and wow she is amazing!! Due to it not being in season yet we had the entire hotel to ourselves for the whole week. It felt like we were VIP . Myself and my 16yr old granddaughter felt very welcome and extremely safe,thats why i brought her because i was solo last september and knew we would be safe.

So having read the mixed reviews I booked anyway to see for myself and well, because it was cheap with Easyjet holidays. And honestly, I enjoyed it. It's far from perfect, but for a cheap few days away it was just what I needed. And here's why. The pool is immaculate. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The area is quiet and relaxing by the pool was easy to do, and with the breeze that flows over the pool its heaven. The staff, lovley, hard working people who were polite and helpful. The rooms.... Well if I'm honest not the best. Dated, in desperate need of an update, and the showers were bad, very little water pressure and takes ages for hot water to come through, but I always managed to get clean, just takes a little longer. The air con (which was included in the price) was fantastic. However the room was spotless, cleaned everyday and for somewhere just to sleep wash and change it was idea for me. OK so the hotel has some rules, like not bringing in food from the outside which would be fine if the in house selection of snacks and drinks was good, which it wasn't. Only a very small selection of crips available, I just feel that if your going to stop people bringing in their own food and drinks then have a good and wide selection for people to choose from. That said noone ever checked my rucksack when I same back.... The main town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel, and the river about 5, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. If you just want a cheap place to stay with no real frills then this is ideal. It's clean and tidy, in a quiet area and the pool area is a great place to relax and unwind.

First time at this hotel, not the first in Dalyan - stayed several hotels and apartments over the years. First time Easyjet package as well. Only way is to list the pros and the cons. PROS Nice location, two ways to get to town by riverside or main road. Nicely kept garden Quiet area - apart from the dog chorus late in the afternoon Lovely size pool - was always freezing though as seemed the water filter was always running. Sunbeds some under shade and others in open Turkish breakfast bought with package - mostly fine - see under CONS There was a safe available - down in main reception - the security on it was amusing. You can get food in the day, but only having had one lunch meal, which was lovely, we don't know about the rest of the menu. CONS If staying on first floor or above, stairs are a little to be desired. Don't go for a room at the front - lovely views but when sun hits it is an oven Don't get me on the toilet/shower room. No ventilation other than a grill on an inside wall and no window. Toilet right on top of the shower ledge. No curtain, whole room gets wet. Sadly in need of a clean, I cleaned up several parts before we could use them. Toilet and sink wobbly and felt very unsafe at times negotiating out of the shower, round the toilet, don't hang onto the wobbly sink, as all is tiled. Door to room has window partitions, light from corridor was a nuisance. Had to ask for toilet rolls several times, if it isn't empty roll, you don't get another left. Very old fashioned, wardrobe right by door so one side didn't open properly. Beds were changed but doubt the floor had been swept over all holiday. Breakfast was good but could have been helped by having water/juice on offer considering the heat, if you wanted water you bought it. No food or drink from outside - understand he has the bar but very limited items if you don't want crisps. The rule round the pool of no sunscreen to be worn in pool. It is Turkey, it is hot and sunny. Understand some of the reasons as he is so particular over the pool. Can understand some security cameras but they seemed to be everywhere - around the pool was a bit disconcerting. Seemed to just be the owner and some ladies helping - he was nice enough, but we did feel a bit "watched" at times Not very comfortable bed, chance you take anywhere, but does need updating. The consolation was that the weather was better than expected for time of year, but doubt we wouldn't use this hotel again.
