On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned and fresh linen every day. The pool is great with a good bar offering food and drinks. We were half board and ate in every day as the food was so nice. Lots of choice and fresh omelet and crepes made just for you every morning. The hotel is also in the perfect location. We will definitely be returning soon!

“Would definitely return”
We could not fault our stay at this lovely family run hotel. The hotel, grounds and our room were clean and spacious and everything provided. Location is excellent too just a few minutes walk to the river and main street. We would definitely return again.

A ten-minute walk from the main tourist strip (which is the ideal distance – meaning it's easy to get to the bars and restaurants, but you don't have to listen to them when you're sleeping), this is a lovely and very professionally-run family hotel. With two pools to choose from, you can either spend time by the main pool and bar, or pop over the road to the equally large but slightly quite pool, which is less used by children. Delicious breakfasts every morning, with fresh produce grown and made by the hotel. Omelettes are rustled up in a flash, and freshly-presed orange juice is available for a small extra charge. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with very good air-con and excellent showers. (It was hot, so I was having three quick showers each day – before breakfast, dinner and bed!) The manager and his team pride themselves on running things smoothly – often not the case in bigger, corporate 'chain' hotels. We had a problem with the wood of one of our room doors having expanded slightly, making it a bit hard to close. Within the hour, the maintenance team has the door off its hinges and were sanding it down. Our flight back to Gatwick wasn't leaving till the evening, and the hotel also allowed us to keep one of our rooms until 4pm (having checked out of the other at 11) so we had a base for the day and could use the facilities. All in all, a great hotel, and highly recommended.
