Absolutely wonderful holiday at the BC Spa, wonderful staff, nothing too much trouble from the staff at reception to the maids who were always happy and friendly. We can't really understand the awful reviews. Each to their own I guess, but we've stayed twice this year (May and October) and have booked again for next May as we find it a very quiet and relaxing place to be.
