First impressions wasn’t to good , they definitely need to improve some of the food and drinks selection, but for the price I would say it’s ok , if you want premium drinks just bring a bottle with you the buffet breakfast lunch and drinks is actually decent , only issue is the after hours and pool food where it’s really bad . But I get it they are trying to save cost . The service was really good and very friendly When I wrote the first review the manager came in and we talked and he made it right . Overall it’s clean and good location and decent price per night . Wish they would improve the food and drinks menu just a little to make it better . I would probably come back again and try it .

“Great option in Bodrum”

Located near Torba, it is conveniently located in Bodrum. Hilton hospitality is great. All service staff is well trained and courteous. Food and drinks selection is perfect. Rooms are not too spacious but well decorated. Overall great vacation spot in Bodrum.

This hotel is perfectly situated between the airport en the city of Bodrum. It has several bars en restaurants where you can eat the most delicious food and expericence the great service of the staff. You can eat and drink the whole day. Service at the sunbed, really nice rooms with daily cleaning and change of towels. We have stayed here for 15 days and had a super holiday. We will certainly go back for on other relax-holiday. Almost forgot to mention the daily entertainment and the games, poolgames and the live music in the evenings. For us this was a 5-star experience how it should be. Absolutle worth the money.

“Cockroaches in bathroom”

It is a nice property, well kept with clean rooms with a very small patio. Good greenery around. Food was good. We stayed there as a family for 3 nights. Most of the staff don’t speak English. Very inconvenient! Always using translator. Giving 3 stars because our daughter’s room was infested with cockroaches in the bathroom. We kept complaining to the staff. First day they came and picked up the cockroaches. Second and third night COCKROACHES again!! Both of these nights my daughter and her child had to shift to another room around midnight…..imagine my daughter waking up a sleeping child, picking up things that she would need in the night, to go to another room which was in the reception building. All 3 nights that we were there our sleep got disturbed at night because of their cockroaches. Cockroaches would be seen in the nights in her bathroom. It was so DISGUSTING…..a property of Hilton!!! Don’t tell me!! The reception and management staff were quite cool about it. Maybe they are used to this. Shows that there is some negligence about cleanliness and hygiene here. When we wanted to meet the lady manager, she was not ready to wait for us. Her duty was over and wanted to go home. She said she would meet us the next morning at her convenient time….seriously!!! Since we were out on a boat trip we had to request her to wait for us to talk about this issue since we were checking out the next day early morning. Never had an experience like this in a good branded hotel after having travelled to many parts of the world.
