Food was delicious, I really loved the pita and the desserts! The sea is incredible! Crystal clear water, a lot of pretty fish around you! As a person who is easily sunburned I could not be relaxing at the beach because of the umbrellas that are small and a lot of sunshine goes through... So i was chilling near the pool where is a roof and trees🌲🌴🌳 Also room stuff was fine, clean, but sometimes the maids forgot to give us the towel rug in the bathroom or towels🫣AC was good working and was not loud so you can sleep with the AC on👍🏻 Btw the wifi there is horibble... I'm sure that it is gonna be a problem for everyone (especially working people) because if you cannot use data in turkey (not in EU) then you cannot even send a message most of the time... But I must say that I really enjoyed this vacation especially because of the entertainment crew. I really enjoyed morning stretch with Irem and darts with Mete and Yunus. Also big thanks is for Effe, he always made me smile, he is always joking, always having funny positive energy and a huuuge smile on his face☺️ Also there we many events such as water parkour, bubble party at the pool and pool games. At the evening and night, there are shows in the amphitheater, theres mini a disco for kids, some Turkish traditional dances, gymnasts, acrobats etc... I really thank to the crew for making such a great entertainment, big smiles and making the atmosphere excellent!🫶🏻🏝️🌊

Basically, Perfekt servis! Just 4 stars older hotel but the services are perfect. Nothing to complain. Various meal is available all day, snack bar provide döner, burgers, chips.... grilled meat for lunch and diner, enormous amount of vegetables, delicious local food gözleme is prepared by locals... more

Basically, Perfekt servis! Just 4 stars older hotel but the services are perfect. Nothing to complain. Various meal is available all day, snack bar provide döner, burgers, chips.... grilled meat for lunch and diner, enormous amount of vegetables, delicious local food gözleme is prepared by locals every day. The staff is smiling every time, they are helpful and nice. Rooms are precisely cleaned everyday, mini bars are for free and filling daily. Perfect holiday for ordinary people. Don't recommend to posh people...but for middle class family it was perfect.

Malesef 12 kez oda giris kartlari degistirmek zorunda kaldik. Ucuz kartlar kullandiklari icin, tlf ile temasa ... more

Malesef 12 kez oda giris kartlari degistirmek zorunda kaldik. Ucuz kartlar kullandiklari icin, tlf ile temasa girdiginde bozuluyor ve odaniza giremiyorsunuz. Bu problemi personelde biliyor, ama birser yapamadiklarini söylediler. Ücüncüsü, eger banyo yapacaksaniz mutlaka dikkat edin. Cünkü yanma tehlikesi ile karsilasabilirsiniz. ilik seviye getirdiginizde 5 dakika icinde 13-14 kez soguk ve cok sicak arasi degisiyor. Bunu reseptiona iletdim ama malesef Ilgilenmediler. Cocugum yanma tehlikesi geciriyordu. Dörtdüncüsü, odadaki klima berbat. En kisa seviye getirsen bile en yüksek seviyeye getirmis gibi calisiyordu. Malesef geceleri kac kere uyanip hem acip hemide kapatiyordum. Klimasiz geceleri uyumak cok zor, cünkü hava cok sicak. Bunu reseptiona söyledim ama malesef ilgilenen olmadi. _________________ English First of all, the hotel’s parking is not safe at all. There is a guard at the parking lot at certain times of the day, but unfortunately, since there is no guard at night, it is an open invitation to thieves. There is no camera system either. Secondly, we stayed at the hotel for 6 days. Unfortunately, we had to change the room entry cards 12 times. Because they use cheap cards, they get damaged easily when in contact with a phone, and you can’t enter your room. The staff is aware of this problem, but they said there was nothing they could do. Thirdly, if you are going to take a shower, be very careful because you might get burned. When you set the water to warm, it fluctuates between cold and very hot 13-14 times within 5 minutes. I reported this to the reception, but unfortunately, they didn’t care. My child was at risk of getting burned. Fourthly, the air conditioner in the room is terrible. Even if you set it to the lowest level, it works as if it’s on the highest level. Unfortunately, I woke up several times at night to turn it on and off. It’s very hard to sleep without air conditioning at night because the weather is very hot. I told the reception about this, but unfortunately, no one took care of it.
