Have recently returned from a wonderful holiday at Charm Beach Hotel I was disappointed to read previously written reviews which contained many facts which are untrue. The hotel is certainly not dirty and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets which were regularly cleaned and monitored. The food particularly the salads was very palatable. More variety was needed with the hot dishes and I would advise guests to put the lids down on the hot food to prevent them from becoming cold. The pastry selection was delicious. We really enjoyed having the pets around the complex who are very well looked after and most wear collars. All very clean. The swimming pool is very clean and crystal clear as per the photo gallery and none of the sun beds were broken ( as reported in earlier review) Our rooms were kept very clean and towels were changed daily. Our water was topped up daily. We enjoyed the patisserie which opened at 10 am for coffee and a wide selection of cakes. There were a couple of occasions when only red wine was available. The owner of the hotel certainly listened to guests issues and was very hands on in resolving matters. The staff were extremely pleasant ( especially Mila who worked so hard and still managed a smile for everyone) The Prayer Call ( followed by the recycling) early morning was loud but after a while you get used to it and enjoy it as part of the Turkish culture. I would highly this hotel.
