It was amazing! The hotel is located in a quiet area with not too far distance to Bodrum Center, Yalikavak and other parts of the city. The room was surprisingly large (we were three people sharing one) and had everything we could wish for. The decor was tasteful and minimalistic. The hotel itself had a great aesthetic and everything was very clean. Great food and drinks on site. We spent most of our days at the hotel's beach club, which was outstanding. Food, drinks, service, the view, the water, yes everything was great! We got to and from the beach using the hotel shuttle, which was very convenient. A special thanks to miss Hatice and miss Duygu who were very helpful throughout our stay and made sure we had a great experience :)

The breakfast the same of everyday there’s no variety. You need shatter if u want to go any where in city. I asked them for late check out they help me for more extra 2 hours.

Doria nice quiet hotel set on hillside of Bitez but lacked 5 star service . Reception spacious and bright - reception staff very helpful - concierge desk had limited knowledge of local amenities or details of day trips . We had two rooms - the Grand Deluxe sea view - Room size was great room but balcony was very small being on lowest level in hotel sea view was obscured by roof & shrubs when sitting ( not as good as higher rooms I’d say ) and bathroom - same as standard ( bath/shower combo/ one sink) which was disappointing- plenty of toiletries provided and water daily but no turn down service . Standard room balcony was bigger and garden view provided fab sunset photos! Restaurant - Breakfast was limited - Staff had limited English and knowledge of additional items on Al a carte menu - even with QR codes shown - only coffee /tea /water & one choice of (orange ) juice available/ bread for toasting was frozen and other breaded items halved ??? To look like more ?? breakfast starts at 7 but if you want to do early trips note it’s 7 for set up and only one staff member was available putting foods out so not a full selection. Throughout the stay had to constantly ask to replace / replenish items - and follow up on requests for al a carte items. There was an extra charge for breakfast to the room! Dining in the evening was pleasant and efficient. Spa in the hotel was fine - nothing special - I had booked before we arrived at hotel and checked directly with spa day before - no booking recorded but plenty of availability thankfully as it was for special occasion. We had two treatments but we were not shown facilities or given robes etc - or offered drinks etc that you would expect in 5 star Gym was small but clean and all equipment in working order. The Beach club def a highlight- Minibus goes on the hour ( 10-7) and back on half hour it’s about 12 mins in bus - other side of peninsula- food & service both very good water clean . The hotel is located on steep hill so allot of steps in the hotel and 10 min steep walk into Gumbet ( very touristy bars/ nightlife & shops) & 20 mins taxi ( approx 230 TL )to Bodrum old town ( very touristy/ shops& bars) - ( Bodrum marina area much calmer restaurants and pleasant nite time stroll ) . Supermarkets 5 mins walk away down steep hill. Rooms cleaned daily- they knock before 9am so make sure and put out “do not disturb” sign . Door cards were constantly needing to be reset - frustrating if you were in rooms far away from reception with no access . Two main pools - one beside main restaurant for relaxing swim/ sunbathing and food/ drink service. Larger pool great length for a swim and view but food area closed - no staff available for food service - jacuzzi also not in use . Others did get food up from main restaurant but plates/ towels then not picked up in timely fashion. We stayed for 10 nights but given location and having to get transport everywhere even to beach it would be suited more to short term stay.
