Family of 4, great size room over looking Cozzy bar. cleaned and towel change every day. Modern bathroom with powerful shower. Good wardrobe for storage. Set next to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants out the front along with shops. Lots of choice for all inclusive food and drink. We really enjoyed our stay, loved food at Denny's restaurant (not included in AI) Lots of Cats and Dogs wandering about the hotel and beach which we loved but might not be for everyone. Would stay again but pools freezing in October which is a shame. Thank you to the staff.

Where do I start..this hotel is classed as a 4*..it definitely isn't a 4"..I'd say a 3* and that's being generous. Where do I start..this hotel is classed as a 4*..it definitely isn't a 4"..I'd say a 3* and that's being generous. The place itself is dated in most areas but some are ok (upstairs lobby) The rooms are dated, small and basic. Suppose it's all that's needed but beds were hard, pillows were lumpy and shower tiny. We dis ask for more pillows and they too were flat and lumpy. The cleaners were ok to be fair did an ok job, but I'd wear shoes after a clean still as floors still felt dirty. .the fridge in our room sounded like it was going to explode every 20 minutes so we unplugged it every night. The restaurant was a decent size for seats, but the actual food area was small so people where crowded round each area looking to see what was on offer as for some reason most people don't know how to queue and have patience!! Food was basic, was a variety of stuff for everyone but not much different each night. Standard chicken, beef casserole dishes, kebab meats, salads chips etc. Filled a hole but not the best I'd say in my opinion. Staff were ok, most of them anyway..others were just lacking a smile. Entertainment on offer wasn't the best either..the previous reviews made it out to be amazing!! It certainly wasn't. Not much for kids to do either. Pools were absolutely ice cold..even in the hot sun they can be unbearable...the sea was actually more pleasant. The water sports there are actually ok, we did the beach buggy for £27 gbp for the 3 of us. There are a lot of cats inside complex and a lot of dogs on beach..don't mind animals at all but the downside which I didn't like at all were all the flies...literally everywhere both in complex, restaurant and by pools and on the beach. Probably had a lot more to say but think I've covered main things...overall wouldn't come back to hotel again, but did have an ok week on the beach in the sun feeding the 100s of fish in there. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but did have an ok ish break away.
