Lovely hotel with helpful staff, happy to carry our cases for us to the room. Room is clean, balcony with table and chairs and a drying rack with 4 arms. The bathrooms were big, I only noticed the toilet bowls were a bit stained. Generally had clean towels everyday but after the 1st day no more bath mats were left. It was a little cold at night and they only give you one waffle sheet type cover, we turned the air con off and I had to wear clothes in bed I was so cold, but its October, lovely and warm still in the day, even went in the pool. I didn't like the food much, even the chips were spicy and not much choice of fruit for dessert only melon unless you wanted an apple or pear. My husband loved the food, curries, stews etc. Also its a shame there's no ice-cream only ice-lollies between 2.30 & 4.30. Nice areas to sit in the eve with music playing but not much entertainment, it could have been because it was the end of the season. Little shop on site which is open till very late, didn't have much stock as it was closing end of Oct. We bought a pack of cards in there which we played in the eve's. Taxis are cheap to go to Gumbet centre or you can walk, the bus to Bodrum is only 30 Lira. Most of the shops in town want UK money but handy to have some lira with you. As the flights were late coming home we kept the room on for £20 till 4pm, though I heard some people with children, disabilities got there rooms kept on for free. Bodrum airport Duty free is all in Euros. The small cafe took card, lira, UK money and euros but very expensive, 2 small cokes and a bottle of water was £11. Overall a great holiday, my 1st visit to Turkey which we chose because it was still warm there, Although all the staff are friendly, I personally wouldn't return because of the food choice. Compared to other 4* hotels I have stayed in I would rate this a 3*+.

This is our favourite hotel we’ve been twice now and booked 2 weeks in June can’t get enough of it . All staff are lovely and so helpful . There is so much choices regarding food and drinks you will never go hungry or thirsty . The terrace restaurant was our favourite place to eat and the pool up there is more of a chilled vibe so spent a lot of time up there , the staff at the terrace restaurant are the best :-) especially Nigel ! The chef up there makes the most delicious meals don’t miss out on eating up there and the 2 young boys up there are so lovely bless them . There’s a pizza guy who makes fresh pizzas on demand from 12.30 til 4 and don’t miss out on them either they are amazing . The rooms are great I don’t know why people are moaning they was always well kept and cleaned well for us with fresh water left every day , any problems and Anne at main reception will sort anything out asap for you . The waiters and cooks down the main restaurant work so hard and are so helpful you can literally want for nothing while there . The entertainment is great special shout out to speedy who is the best entertainer we’ve seen so far his great with all the kids and adults too . Can’t wait to come back in June next year counting down the days til we are there again and get to see the countless friends we made . Ignore all the bad reviews and book you will not be disappointed.

Firstly the good points Weather was gorgeous Check in was excellent The staff were very helpful and pleasant Secondly the bad points The room floor was filthy whatever you do don't look under the beds The balcony sliding doors lock was broken, reported this, it was mended until the cleaner broke it The bathroom hand towel holder was hanging off the wall The shower had black mould around the bottom The toilet was very stained with what I hope was only limescale The bed covering was too small and not sheets The safe was not attached to the wardrobe The wardrobe had a design fault You could not fully open the bottom drawer without hitting the wardrobe sliding doors Now the cleaner The floors were still filthy even after the cleaner had cleaned them Make sure u wear the slippers provided......just don't look at the soles Bathroom was never cleaned properly we did it ourselves The towels and bedding were changed regularly Music very loud until 11pm so if your room is near the restaurant be prepared for late nights Most of the rooms do no get sunlight due to the large trees Where the rooms are situated you can look into people's rooms......don't forget to close the curtains The food.......never seen chips and onion rings for breakfast before Labelling of contents of dishes could be better particularly if you have allergies Maybe a choice of milks would be good This could be a four star hotel if improvements were made but in my opinion it is not even a 3 star There are also lots of dogs and cats roaming around hope you're allergic I have read a lot of reviews before going some good some bad This is my true reflection of this hotel
