I was a bit caution booking this hotel as when I was looking at reviews there weren’t many recent ones so I didn’t know what to expect, for a last minute booking I must say this hotel was good. The location was really good, a 5 minute drive to town. The spa was amazing, definitely worth trying out. The beach was more pebbley than a sandy beach but it was still lovely and there are water sports available which was so fun and a great experience. The food was good, there was a different theme every night. Theres also a terrace upstairs that does food separating with a charge and the manager there was great, very welcoming. The entrainment team were great, even if the crowd weren’t big they still bought the energy, they made sure everyone was involved and was having a good time. There was also a bar staff called HamAbdullah, every time we came to the bar he would know our drinks even before we said our order and he always had a smile on his face. The entrainment team done activities throughout the day from water aerobics to darts to evening entertainment, I would say the entertainment is more for families but they do offer going into town and clubs for those who are interested. The only thing that lets it down is the house keeping, if we wanted clean covers and fresh bedding we would have to strip the bed and leave on the floor so the cleaner knew to give us fresh sheets, we were always given fresh towels though.

The hotel has a very good offer in relation to the price, the large hotel complex consists of 3 outdoor swimming pools, for adults and for children. There is also an indoor pool in the spa center. The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always available and at the service of clients, especially Lokman, Firat, Mehmet and Idris.

Some good points and some very bad points. Arrived and check in was quick but they forgot our wrist bands had to go back to reception for them. Room was clean and loved the size and layout. Massive plus point safe was free air conditioning amazing. Our room was never cleaned properly while we was there and wish I'd of brought cleaning wipes to do it myself. Eating times was like a zoo never enough tables and only a small window for times which probably accounts for lack of space and carnage. The queue for grilled meat and baked bread was the worse I'd seen at a hotel. Large pool arean was never cleaned and sunbeds where uncomfortable and a lot dirty and broken. They where having new ones delivered tbf. There was always space and a sunbed to be had. Entertainment was dreadful! Euro was on while there and we had to go out to watch it and pay for drinks but when Turkey played they put on the large screen at pool side. Drinks, the cocktail where disgusting but the wine and beer was nice. We had a spa there and it was lovely I would recommend. Great location for Gumbet just a nice 10 min stoll along beach and Bodrum easy to get to. Now Anne in guest relations was fantastic and always efficient. The whole staff was friendly and tried very hard. This hotel would be amazing if it had some investment and time spent on it. Holiday was still amazing but would not stay at this hotel again until things improved.
