It’s more than a 3 ⭐️ hotel! The team is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are just perfect. They cleaned it everyday. The breakfast is delicious. It’s directly beside a pool. We were just amazed by the 24/24 service, the decor, literally everything. We also got lockers (Totally safe). It’s near Gumbet beach and just 20 minutes away from Marina. A taxi station is 30 seconds away from the entry. It’s located between 2 groceries. We highy recommend it: very affordable, yet perfect for couples and solo travelers as well. (No pictures have been taken for the room)

İ come many times to flora hotel in the year. İt is a very nice hotel with a very good location. The flowering garden with swimmingpool are lovely And clean. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. The rooms are clean And all comfort is there. The hotel is near the beach. When you want to go out in the evening the dolmuş is right in front of the hotel to bring you to the center of Bodrum. Gumbet is just 10 minutes walking And you are in barstreet.

“OK hotel with nice pool and basic rooms.”

This hotel has a beautiful clean pool, nice restaurant, from the outside looks very nice, nice lobby but smells like cigarette smoke, garden well kept, the rooms are as basic as they can get, beds are ok, had bad odor at night from pipes. Don't know if happens often. Area is ok, has a beach near it… more

This hotel has a beautiful clean pool, nice restaurant, from the outside looks very nice, nice lobby but smells like cigarette smoke, garden well kept, the rooms are as basic as they can get, beds are ok, had bad odor at night from pipes. Don't know if happens often. Area is ok, has a beach near it but I recommend NEVER swimming in it, sewage goes right to it. Small Bus to center city stops at hotel and its a few minutes ride for 30TL from 7am to 2am. Staff were very nice, Bodrum has expensive hotels so if you are on a budget this is a good choice outside of center town. They should put as much effort in the rooms as they do to the outside of hotel.

So after several days into our holiday, during ongoing complaints about room service the customer relations managers (Deanna and Joseph) finally made contact with us. Like all of the staff they were really lovely and really tried to improve our experience. This worked to some degree but like everything else they were just two small cogs within a whole system. I feel they took on board our complaints (solely about room service) and even personally brought our drinks order to us on one occasion. May I add we requested room service once a day, which should have been easy enough. Once the hotel gets a hold on room service (a dedicated person) this will make the hotel much better, but until it does I will rate the hotel as 4 star.
