Excellent a hotel that exceeds expectations in almost all areas We were quite amazed at the standard and quality of the hotel facilities, food and entertainment which are all first class The room itself was very comfortable, but we were happy to spend all day out enjoying the incredible assortment of activities and facilities around the hotel The staff are genuinely happy and interested in the enjoyment of the guests Most of whom were British tourists and it’s definitely a place to go with kids as there are endless things to do

Just returned from a 9 night stay. A family holiday as a group of 6 adults and 3 children,13, 9 and 4. in 3 rooms On arrival my daughter, partner and 2 children had upgraded to a family room (2 bedroom) The rooms were fine but the balcony wouldn't accommodate them all, we mentioned this to reception and the next day they moved to a room with the biggest balcony in the hotel. They were expecting a double bathroom but the room was as described and was fine. We had a couple of electrical issues, a light out in the bathroom and a standard lamp with a broken wire, these were fixed in no time. The super-king bed was very comfortable, the room large and bathroom good, particularly the shower water pressure which was excellent and always hot. Food wise the choice was ample for most tastes an to a good standard, the food hygiene practices were good other than a lot of flies around the food which needs addressing. We had two a la carte meals allocated , the choice of restaurants was limited, possibly due to lower hotel occupancy, we had Italian which was excellent and Turkish which was so so. Nice to be served though and the wine was much better than the main hotel! Special mention for Emin who looked after us at mealtimes. The cocktails were made with branded spirits and the draught beer Efes. All very nice, the Pina Colada's were excellent !! Outdoor facilities were super, Loads of sun beds at the pool and beach, can't imagine there would ever be a shortage, the pontoons were nice , though windier then the pool areas. The children's water area was brilliant, not seen anything like this at other hotels we have visited. Nice arrangement of slides for all ages, well safety monitored at all times. The gardens were beautiful with manicured lawns and beautiful palm trees, a credit to the hotel. The location of the hotel is stunning with views across the bay and to Kos. Miss that view already! Entertainment team worked hard, arranging water polo, spin , zumba, archery stretch etc. kids club was full of activities for under 12's in a self contained facility in a play park area. Our younger grandchildren did colouring and face painting most days they loved it. Evening entertainment consisted of kids club then an act, all of which was professional and enjoyable. Nice touches with popcorn being available. Our only criticism of the hotel is its remoteness from anything to walk out to, Turgutreis market was a 20 minute taxi drive and Bodrum 45 minutes. There was a good courier / taxi service, Bodrum return was £102 for 9 of us and Turgeitres £65, the Bodrum trip we booked a boat trip through Get My Guide App for £21 per adult, £12,50 per child, free under 5. Guest relations were very helpful communicating with the boat provider on our behalf, Thanks for that. In summary the hotel met and exceeded our every expectation, we are likely to return in 2025. “Good experience”

Good family friendly place, would come again. There was a lot of activities to do for both children and adults. The children can just go off and do their own thing which is nice. The staff take care of the children too. Would recommend this place.
