“Excellent holiday.”

We have had a great holiday. The staff can not do enough for you. Kennan was especially attentive and spoke perfect english which made communication alot easier. The only complaint is that the swimming pools are not heated so they are very cold.

This hotel is so lovely I loved the animation team they are all so lovely and I love watching the shows as well because they are brilliant and the beds are nice to sleep in too and also they have massive water slides and they are wicked for children and adults.

The first thing would be to replace the 4 Chefs. They stand around in Poncy clean uniforms with Tall hats and embroidered names and positions - but put out the same food day after day, Lunch and dinner. The first thing would be to replace the 4 Chefs. They stand around in Poncy clean uniforms with Tall hats and embroidered names and positions - but put out the same food day after day, Lunch and dinner. In a 7 day stay "Clay Pot chicken" was on the menu on 9 out of 14 meals. And it's often cold - despite putting the serving dishes on (what should be) heated stands and under heat lights. I guess the heat plates are stuffed and the lights don't poke out much heat. It's a shame, because the food is good quality and tasty! Even the boxes that held the plates and should heat them - didn't despite being plugged in! - Cold food, cold plate, bad experience. FLIES; It's a hot country but there were far to many literally 100's or thousands of them everywhere - especially in the restaurant. THAT COULD have been controlled - and was by the end of the week. Housekeeping; Why would you put a single Duvet ACROSS a double bed? We found the other one in the wardrobe. SO we put it on and there it stayed for two days then one was ACROSS the bed and the other one rolled NEATLY on the chair! Sheets should fit beds! Not as we found the sheet was beautifully tucked with hospital corners and left 'ragged' at the other side, unable to reach over the edge! BIZARRE!! People complain about the carpets; the rucks do look bad, but they are easily fixed - nor is it expensive - an average Carpet fitter would glue them back down again in no time. Finally the pools and water park - with all that free heat, why doesn't the hotel employ some of it to heat the water - it would make a MASSIVE difference to the hotel.

“Tired and not 4 star”

Three star hotel at best! So disappointed with this hotel as the photos looked gorgeous when we booked The lift was filthy covered in grease and holes in the wall. The corridors had dirty cups and plates stacked and threadbare carpets. Very tired and definitely needs updating. Bedroom- Entered the room to find toilet buttons hanging off the wall and mould in the shower. Two hand towels folded on the rack and no bath towels. Then confronted by two very small sad single beds. Not at all what I expected from a luxury hotel. No robes, cheap toiletries. The walls were paper thin and it often felt like we were sharing the room with the family next door. We could hear every word of their conversations. Cleaning was minimal throughout stay, the sink in the bathroom had the same dirty cup ring throughout our stay and the shower was never cleaned. We had to call for towels everyday. Food- Same offering everyday from buffet and snack bar. Bad fly problem and lukewarm food. The al a carte offering looked very depressing and restaurants were situated along a very dark corridor off the lobby. Never seen that before. Normally they look like actual restaurants but these looked like conference rooms. Staff- The staff were really lovely and couldn’t do enough for you … especially waiters (yusuf and Hugo) in the restaurant and animation staff. Pool - Loads of sunloungers but most of them were in the shade. Really dirty cushions. Pool freezing Beach - Lovely calm beach, loads of loungers, shallow sea. Perfect for kids
