Visited my family in June the hotel is lovely and clean most of the staff were friendly but did find the odd one or two mainly at the bars and restaurant rude but that maybe just the language barrier. The pool areas were super and the staff there worked really hard keeping them clean and tidy. Well done. We had the Italian Al carte whilst on our stay to celebrate a special birthday for 1 of our party I have to say it was the best Al carte food I'd had and the service was exceptional and made the night very special. Last but not least the animation team should be super proud of the work they do they work hard to keep very one happy and they wasn't pushy to make you join Kyle and his team are amazing a big shout out to Kaan Koray and Ola are super friendly. Kaan and my son clicked and a shame he wasn't there from the start of hoilday each show every night was equally brilliant but I haven't laughed as hard as did watching the lastest Mr Fantasia the plate switch on Kyle was brilliant and my son won that night. Thank you Fantasia for amazing hoildays and memories and hope to come back with the rest of the family.

Me and my family went to Fantasia and weren’t disappointed at all we had the most amazing time. The food was amazing and had such a wide variety. There wasn’t a moment where we were bored there was an activity every half an hour in the morning from 10 till half 12 then there was a break long enough to eat and have food settle before doing the water based activities in the afternoon. Each activity was catered to all age groups and no one was excluded. During the day the animation team would interact with everyone and get people involved but weren’t pushy if people said no. In the evenings there was a mini disco for the little ones and either a show everyone could watch or an activity for the adults. Me and my partner got involved in majority of these activities and there was no issues if we were bad at them because we had such a laugh with Kyle as the host of each show. I have left fantasia with not only a bucket load of memories with my family but feel as though I have left with friends. Kaan and his brother were so accommodating making us feel like we were part of the staff by the end. I intend to keep in contact with Kaan until we return at a later date. Since his first day he was amazing and me and him clicked and were pretty much inseparable during the rest of my stay. Also a massive thank you to Ole as she was so funny and kind. She managed to get a good grasp of everyone’s character and understood what jokes she could and couldn’t make with certain people. The animation team would call me by name to get involved in activities. Sam was good at his job however he did write his own review for my partner and would make some snide comments and looks if we did disagree with him but he was kind and had our families best interests at heart just think the execution could have been better. We were gutted that we only had 10 days at this hotel but will be coming back for definite. Thank you so much team from Mr fantasia of June 2024.

“Wonderful holiday”

Advertised as a 5star hotel but is a 3+. You get what you pay for. Saying that the food was very good. Pools were also good and you could choose between a quiet one and a pool where the entertainment is held during the day. Pool towels were an added surprise. All of the staff are hard working and most of them were very pleasant. The restaurant workers seem to be short staffed in the mornings and we had to clear tables and get our own cutlery some days. Not really a problem. We stayed for two weeks. The chairs in the dining room and the carpet in our room were dirty. This could do with being addresses. Did this stop us from having a good time. No. This hotel is very good value for money. If you want Wi-Fi in your room and you have booked with easyJet then you need to allow 720 lira for the two weeks for one device. Each device is 720 lira. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who helped us to enjoy our holiday

This is MY honest opinion and MY experience at FANTASIA DE LUXE. Where do I begin? This hotel is certainly not a 5☆ as stayed but more a 3☆. Hotel is tired and needs updating. Reception corridors to lifts and toilets is quite dark as this hotel has a GREEN ETHOS or so I was told. Reception, bar and hotel staff find it difficult to understand English so I found myself using translator app. Asking for a sparkling water was a nightmare and I never got this. ROOM Tired, no toiletries, no sewing kit, tissue box attached to bathroom wall was empty. Soap dispenser by basin only. TV set is no bigger than an old computer screen and our remote didn't work do had to switch off on tv itself. So outdated. Fridge/freezer is stocked daily with 2 beers, 2 sparkling water, 2 orange fanta and 2 cokes, freezer section was all iced up. Shower was broken as tap was loose and fell off. No rain shower. High bath to climb into but had a grab rail. View was side sea view. Cupboard was a joke!! Tiny shelf and short hanging space for dresses. (Photos will be attached) FOOD Nothing to write home about. Samey....they love meatballs. A bit of grilling on patio outside but nothing spectacular. Allegro snack bar has a speciality meal and you are given 1 but have a choice of ITALIAN, TURKISH or FISH. Pizza slices, hamburgers, hotdogs, fries and salad served from 12.30 till 2. POOL VERY VERY SLIPPERY AROUND POOL many fell and were in wheelchairs, one man died by pool and guest had to attend with mouth to mouth to him as lifeguard was not quick to act. They say oh shame he is only a kid...sorry....its a very responsible job and eyes should be on guests at all times and not for guests to have to deal with. Has steps into pool but omg first step ankle, second step waist and third up to neck. 1.52 depth. Deep end 3.2 depth but not 100% but very very deep. Loungers are booked by 6am and not usually occupied till midday so if you want one you better set your alarm. Hotel advertises they will remove towels but when you mention to lifeguards they shrug and there is a small round toddler pool. Jetty is closed so no loungers (as shown on youtube) . ENTERTAINMENT. Only watched fire act but it wasn't very long. Was entertaining. Entertainment could do more. POSITIVES When complained to manager about shower, fridge/freezer, cupboard doors, no toiletries, all was sorted very quickly but was told reason for no toiletries was because hotel was a GREEN HOTEL. Fair enough. NEGATIVES Tired, food ok not fantastic, NO INFORMATION GIVEN about hotel or surrounds. Found hidden rooms by chance, signage is small brass plaques but can hardly read as corridors are darkish. Eventually found games room which had loads of books but no games. Waitresses in bar on -1 work very hard and are very pleasant, bar is open 24hrs. SORRY BUT WE WONT BE BACK.
