We stayed here for 2 weeks as a group of 4. Hotel was nice, rooms were an average size but quite clean. We did find the pools to have too many sun beds around them, they were all basically touching each other and you felt like you didn’t have enough space to move. The food was average, definitely not the best I’ve had in a hotel. All of the restaurant staff didn’t seem very happy, they always looked very moody. It was also quite hard and chaotic to find a table for dinner, and once you have found a table you’d then need to hunt down some cutlery. The restaurant was also very hot making it quite uncomfortable to eat in. Overall we had a nice time but I probably wouldn’t go back as there are definitely better hotels out there. I would also like to thank the bar man Baran at the pool bar, he was so lovely the whole time we was there, and was the only member of staff that made an effort. He was very chatty and generally a lovely person, and he made very nice cocktails, thank you once again.

1st time in Kusudasi and we were fair impressed. The hotel was basic but very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment team did their best to keep everyone entertained. Food was excellent and this is coming from a family who are fussy! The family room was large with a sliding partition to separate spaces. The shower run cold fairly quickly but this was at peak times. Negatives would be the timings for dinner etc. There is only a 2hr window to go have your food and getting a table proved a little difficult and I can only imagine during peak season it would be crazy. The pools were extremely cold but thinking it was the time of year. We are used to heading to Turkey in September where the temp is higher. . I would recommend the market on a Wednesday if you like a hustle. Good prices and quality. There's a bus stop over the road and a bus every 15mins which costs 20tl ppl which is around 50p. Take a trip into main kusudasi town where restaurants and bars and shops galore. Very lively. Most restaurants also come collect and drop you off! Over id recommend. Views as always are my own.

“October half term”

We arrived around 11pm so it was straight to bed for all of us however the room was freezing and only a thin sheet for cover so needed to use the heating! We arrived around 11pm so it was straight to bed for all of us however the room was freezing and only a thin sheet for cover so needed to use the heating! Beds fairly comfortable and rooms decent size for family of 4 little bit dated, two of the lights didn’t work and the coldest shower in history which wasn’t great. The complex itself it’s decent size however felt some parts where more looked after than others. The kids pools with the slides and splash pads were absolutely freezing to the point my two kids had blue lips and were shivering making it not the most enjoyable for them. The main pool near to the children’s bits was all one depth meaning no shallow area for little ones or non confident swimmers. Beach area was pretty disappointing very small and pretty dirty. Meal times were like being in a school dinner hall what a shambles. Tables being left dirty and cats and dogs allowed to roam the dining area and some even jumping onto tables and chairs. Food itself in the main restaurant was a good selection but it was the same things every day I understand it’s end of season however we still expected a change and variety of food. Also if you weren’t there for the start of breakfast and dinner food wasn’t being replenished quickly or sometimes not at all. Plates and cutlery left out in accommodation blocks lots of flies around especially at the snack bars. Animation team were the best thing about this hotel they keep the kids and adults entertained and don’t pressure you to join in. The two guys and girl round the kids splash pad areas were especially good! The foam Party was fab and also the Turkish independence celebration. Visiting act out of Africa was also good to watch! Bazar up the road very reasonable and the mares bistro over the road was a good for food which we used a few times. Wouldn’t recommend been to better in the Kusadasi area, not worth 4 stars or the price we paid.
