I stayed here in July having been here before. I stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. I had a lovely huge corner room with fantastic views. The housekeeping staff were really pleasant, I rang down for some extra hangers and they arrived within 30 minutes. My room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were delivered. The maids were great, when I saw them in the morning and I asked for extra things, they left them in my room. The breakfast of freshly made omelettes was such a nice touch! There was so much choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. I think I put on 7lbs by the time I came back!!! The fresh pizza slices made in a pizza oven mmmm fantastic The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make my stay enjoyable. I will be visiting again next year. Thank you everyone.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel and we had a fantastic time. I was nervous about the 1-star reviews but it quickly became apparent that it's the guests that are the problem, not the resort! We saw some people bringing their own pot noodles to dinner and complaining there was no table service - says it all really. The pool area was spotlessly clean with plenty of sunbeds to go around. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough. Drinks and food were served pretty much all day. They always had a cocktail of the day and the spirits and wine were very tasty. The ice cream, pastries and coffee in Cafe Caramel in the afternoon were a real treat. Considering what we paid, the food was excellent - fresh, plentiful and huge amounts of choice. Different meats and fish every night and there were always special dishes cooked at the outdoor kitchen. The chef made special pasta dishes for the children to try every night! We also ate at the a la carte on the beach one night which was a nice change. I would definitely recommend getting the bus into Didim/Altinkum. Cost approx £1 per person and took about 45 mins - the beach was definitely worth the journey. Crystal clear water, lovely clean sand and free sunbeds. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to eat as well. If you are looking for 5* luxury then spend a bit more money and book elsewhere. But for the price we paid, this was an exceptional family holiday.
