Exceptional hotel, it’s clear everything is done with love. From the animation team to the food everything is perfect. The pool is incredibly clean and the beach is beautiful. A very special team who clearly care about you and just want you to enjoy yourself, The pool bar at night is lively and sometimes there is live music where you can relax with a beer or a cocktail. The rooms are clean as there as cleaners who come every day with a big smile. There is a wide range of food selection for both meat eaters and vegetarians, all incredibly tasty. I have been coming with my family for two years just because we love it so much. There are performances every night at the amphitheater where you can enjoy family time and simply have a good time. Put simply, everything is 10/10 and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel with amazing staff, especially the animation team.

Had a wonderful stay at the Anadolu. Impressed with the cleanliness, location and amazing views. Rooms although dated were spacious and we were lucky to be located near the pool and main area. Air Con was great but very noisy. Pool was huge and never felt crowded. Smoking around the pool and at mealtimes was annoying as previous Turkey hotels we have stayed at had designated smoking areas. Downside was the one and only pool bar, which was hugely disappointing. Drinks were inconsistent and varied dependant on who served, cocktails were very disappointing and again inconsistent on how they were served, little organisation behind the bar, lacked atmosphere and consistency. Iced coffee a big let down….sat in a pre mixed self served container (which was not mixed) tasted awful. Plenty of water fridges. Mealtimes in the main restaurant was like a canteen (as are all AI) It lacked theme nights that we have always had on all other AI we have stayed at. Bit deceiving its advertised as 7 restaurants as you cannot attend them all. We had one night at the Mexican which was lovely but could only book the one meal during our 11 night stay. Pool snack bar was spot on and great choice to eat. Waffles/pancakes and ice/creams were fab, Entertainment team worked tirelessly Solu was great, evening entertainment was amazing. Bingo would have been better at the pool side rather than amphitheatre!!! Would have been nice to have more focus on kid activities rather than just adults. Although saying the kids loved the pool inflatables and foam party at the beach!!!! Overall was a fab stay.

“Lovely but super hot summer holiday”

Booked last minute family holiday, paid £2100 for 3 of us so wasn't the cheapest but it was August summer holidays and hotel had great reviews. Lovely welcome at reception with quick check in, nice cold fresh lemonade and a tour by golf buggy to our room. All of the club rooms are bungalow style little buildings set out like a holiday village which was lovely and you all get a terrace rather than balcony. Ours was lovely but sadly not in any sunshine just constant heat so didn't use it too much. Free aircon was much appreciated and needed! Rooms are basic but good size and clean, extra single bed for the 12 year old and was cleaned every day, enjoyed the free drinks in the mini bar and restocked ourselves from the on site shop which wasn't expensive. Bought a few little gifts there too. Sells all your usual snacks, inflatables, little gifts etc. I got my rings fixed and dipped at the jewelers on site. Made a beautiful job of them and only cost £10 so I am over the moon. So friendly too... And their air con is brilliant! Pool, we only used the main pool as the relax pool was adults only and did seem very peaceful. Lovely big pool though, slides at one end and always daily entertainment at the poolside, enjoyed aqua gym and watching not participating in the pool games! One afternoon had a huge inflatable obstacle course for kids and adults alike! Had a shallow bit for little people but otherwise was 150m deep all way round so tip toes for me when not swimming. Animation team, so friendly and chatty. Always came round every day to say hello to everyone round pool and let you know day and night activities, they invited you to join in but was never any pressure. Sudo in particular was lovely guy even though i didn't buy his bingo tickets! They work such long days with very little breaks and always happy, smiling and full of energy! I will not miss woah woah woah and tempo tempo tempo though! Entertainment, day time was the usual aqua gym, pool games, darts, volleyball, water polo... Evening entertainment always started with mini disco which was on the stage in amphitheatre... The staff and kids all really enthusiastic and although our 12 year old far too cool to join in we enjoyed watching and singing along. Evening shows all by outside groups including acrobatics, magic, fire, dance groups... We loved the fire show and the Ethiopian acrobats! One night hosted by entertainment team was "mr election" with audience participation and hilarious. Beach was absolutely beautiful. Clear warm water but watch out for nibbly fish, remember your Snorkel. We got loungers on the pier so no need to get sandy feet and there is a beach bar for beer and soft drinks and a small snack selection at lunch but was lovely food and the staff there were all more chatty and relaxed as quieter. We enjoyed the beach foam party.... Remember your goggles though! Snacks bar for lunch by pool was great, good selection, can eat in or take to your lounger. Loved the shawarma wraps and KFC! Staff work really hard in super hot temperatures! Main restaurant, we ate outside every breakfast and evening meal as the views are so fantastic. Lots of choice, impossible not to find something you will like. Yes by end of the week was looking forward to some normal home food but it was varied every night and we particularly loved the bread choices and the outdoor grills. Loads of pudding choices my favourite being the rice pudding (looks like creme brulee but it's not) be quick to nab one though as people seem to like piling their tables high with food and wasting most of it! Or letting their kids throw it all over the floor and leaving it for the staff to clear up.... And that was the British! Muriye made fabulous breakfast omelettes to order, always with a smile even though she must be boiling. Bit hit and miss with drinks service in evening though would be easier to have self service pop machines. Also lots of smokers smoking whilst eating their meals, surrounded by kids and even in the no smoking area.... I know we chose to eat outside but would have preferred it to be fume free. Bars.... Pool bar was the main bar, never any massive queues and good choice of cocktails, spirits, beers etc including mocktails. Drinks were dependant on who served you some were def not matching the ingredients descriptions and they took more time when quieter but no watered down rubbish, measures were large. We took our own plastic cups which they were happy to use, the daily paper or plastic cups by the bar were OK sizes but the night time glasses used were annoyingly small when there is no bar at amphitheatre so you have to go back and forwards and a few breakages.... They did have beer and cocktail/mocktail of the day at amphitheatre Little tiny bar but the glasses more like shot glasses. Can't believe I never had a candy floss or popcorn 50tl. Drinks fridges all over to help yourself to water and milk. Self serve juice and hot drink machines too. Daily cart by the pool served churros one day and corn on cob next at 3pm....waffles were at the beach bar which we found on day 2 and highly enjoyed by our 12 yr old. We only went into the patisserie for cold water and a nice air con blast but loads of cake and pastry options every afternoon. We instead enjoyed a daily Mr whippy ice cream from the side of the patisserie. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed the entertainment, food, drinks and pool. Would definitely return but probably not in August as it was so hot 38 degrees most days and pool wasn't much colder. We only ventured into the resort twice in the evening which was a shame as we chose hotel that was in a resort, it was just too hot, evenings included. We did get some lovely trainers at JDe sports though and the manager was friendly and happy to do a deal which we were happy with, £75 for 3 pairs... Yes they are copies but seemed good quality to us! Also used a clothing shop nearer the hotel (left hand side) for a white fox hoodie for the youngest. Really good quality and none of the shops or bars were pushy or pressured you into buying or going in. We would have loved to go during day for a change of scene but would have melted. It's about 10 min walk from main entrances to get to little shops and supermarket but 20 mins to get to main sea front bars restaurants shops and evening market. So busy at night! Eat your tea outside the restaurant and watch the lovely sunset. Enjoy a beach day from the pier and remember your Snorkel! Watch our for nibbly fish.... You pay for that other places!

“Overall Good Family Hotel.”

2 adults and a child age 12, travelled from UK, booked last minute and got a good deal. Pool - excellent! Big, plenty of sun loungers, but like most hotels some beds had towels on them from the early hours, but if your not to fussed about where you sit will always find a couple until about 11am.... more

2 adults and a child age 12, travelled from UK, booked last minute and got a good deal. Pool - excellent! Big, plenty of sun loungers, but like most hotels some beds had towels on them from the early hours, but if your not to fussed about where you sit will always find a couple until about 11am. Towels provided around pool. Slides open most the day closed for an hour over lunch. Pool Bar offers good variety of drinks and never a que, fridges around the hotel containing bottled water. Beach lovely area, plenty sun loungers, water sports available at an extra cost but very reasonable. Food is ok - a little repetitive but you can always find something in the main restaurant it always has chips, chicken nuggets etc for children on an evening, there is a snack bar around the pool, ice cream and cakes. You get 1 free Al’Carte visit per 7 day stay (think there was 4/5 choices) you can pay for extra for additional visits various prices given €50 per person, €70 per person or possibly free if you leave a good review after your first visit so unsure of the actual policy/cost. Rooms - basic but very clean, maids come in everyday. We did have a few problems on arrival balcony door handle fell off so couldn’t close the door this meant air con would not work, fridge door off hinges, safe would not work, wardrobe doors would not open and no WiFi - reception were quick to to send maintenance to look at all the issues and most resolved promptly however no wardrobe or safe still by day 3 so unable to unpack, they kindly changed us rooms, same room type a few bungalows down and everything worked as should. Beds are extremely hard, which isn’t my preference, I know some people prefer this but I was full of aches felt like I slept on a concrete slab for a week. Air con - no extra cost Safe - no extra cost Mini fridge - stocked on arrival free soft drinks/ water included then continues to be restocked with water daily. Onsite - mini supermarket, reasonable prices sell the usual inflatables, crisps etc. Games Centre - tokens purchased inside reasonably priced. Spa - didn’t use but staff very helpful and oil purchased to help with sun burn (which worked wonders). Photographer/tattoo parlor/ jewellery shop - no dealings with. The hotel is quite a large complex but there are golf buggies available with drivers if needed, about 15/20 minute walk to promenade/shops/bars/restaurants etc but in the extreme heat we got a taxi along a couple of times the cost was 150tl each way, reception will arrange this for you and always quick to arrive. Overall good family hotel and had a great week here, good value for money for what we paid.
