We are from Ukraine, we stayed at the hotel from September 6 to 14. There is such an atmosphere here that we will definitely come back here. Thank you very much to all the staff, the girls at the reception are friendly. Amel worked with us, she wholeheartedly resolved our issues with the settlement. Special thanks to the animation team, everything is very unobtrusive, always a good program, pleasant music plays in the hotel. We arrived from another hotel, where, due to the loud rap music, from which there was nowhere to hide throughout the entire territory, it was impossible to stay. nice well-kept area, although small. They take great care of cleanliness. Good cuisine, rich sweet table. If you like the atmosphere of a pleasant private club with good manners, come here, you won’t regret it. we will get back to you! I stayed in Eden Star on 22-29 August 2024 with my 7-years old grandson. We are from Poland. I am very honest, it was already my 4-th stay in Tunisia in 2024, all hotels of minimum 4 stars ⭐️ As for positive aspects: - hotel in nicely placed straight by the warm sea - animation Team is doing all to entertain you - lots of activities, animations and fun - my room on 3-rd floor got a nice sea view - swimming pool fairly clean, lifeguard present - cleaning Team always doing utmost - wifi very good in my room 401 - fair air conditioning, quite silent - we did not get any food poisoning luckily - lobby bar always empty and available best barman Achraf (thank you for nice service) - good coffee from the coffee machines - fresh orange juice at 1 euro at breakfast - mini disco for kids at 20.30-21.00 pm Things possibly to be amended/improved: - the whole hotel complex is built in U-shape, so it is very acoustic; loud aggressive music till 23.30 pm, for sure you will not fall asleep Better take the room with garden view - the hotel rooms pictures are NOT what we got ! We were accommodated in an old room and the same for all Polish people I met there ( strange pattern for each nationality ?) - 7 Polish people left the hotel after 1 day - very poor communication in English - my room was the best place for many pigeons making it completely dirty ( see my pictures) - first 4 days the beach was fully loaded with seaweed mountains, 5 meters wide black zone later slightly cleaned to make a narrow entry - I never was able to get a sun-bed by the pool there are too many people hunting for them - pool bar serving drinks in glass to French-speaking tourists, and plastic to others - drinks quality very under the standard - sorry, but the restaurant is a big mess: waiting and cueing for each meal, looking for clean table, chasing for the cutlery etc... - food just fair, I am not a gourmand, but I have tasted much better cusine at ather places, not too much choice and quite repetitive each day - we had a bad lift experience: big bang and it stopped! My grandson got crying, after a minute we went down happily - small things make a big difference: see the picture of water tap in the toilet behind the pool bar; why can't it be exchanged??? - the place is in the middle of nowhere Overall, I will not go back there again.... My love stays with Djerba island ans hotels like TKM Marine Beach and Sentido Djerba Beach😊
