My wife and our 3 year old have just returned from a week long visit (7th to 14th March) and very much enjoyed our stay. For context, we paid £730 for a week all inclusive from Manchester and booked it about 8 weeks ago. For a 3 hour flight and 30 degrees the day we left early March it was a no brainer. Overall this hotel represents great value for money. For what we paid and what we wanted, which was just to relax, it was a fantastic stay. Service was always very friendly and attentive, from check in all the way through to departure and helped make our stay enjoyable. Rooms - we were allocated room 1476 in the main building which was a deluxe double - having only paid for a standard this was a nice surprise with WiFi in the room for the little boy. The room was cleaned daily and facilities were good. Slight negatives would be no kettle in the room (although I believe reception can lend you one) and the very large double was hard. All in all though decent room. Facilities - everything was clean, granted a little tired in places but the staff work very hard to maintain it and we had no issues. The indoor pool was amazing for the little lad - outdoor pools were a challenge despite us having great weather the week we visited but what do you expect in early March. Food & Drink - we are foodies and regularly eat fine dining but I have to say, although repetitive as with all all inclusives we found it to be good quality. The Tunisian dishes were great and desserts plentiful. If you want boring British fayre day after day which we did hear some brits whinge about then go to England for your holiday. The local beer was decent enough - didn’t have many cocktails so can’t comment. Beach & surrounding areas - nice beach, quiet and didn’t get hassled too much. Nice walk to the marina (20 mins) which is worth a look for a stop for a drink and change of scenery. Excellent stay for a cheap week and some winter sun.

Very nice people. Invite guests for shows and dancing. Good with children .we very happy with these people. we enjoyed! The food is very good. We will come again .our stay has been enjoyable. The place is looked after. by all staff Very happy to be here 😊

“NOT A 4 STAR NEEDS REFURBISHMENT ”

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment throughout. The bedroom we had was adequate but the bed was rock hard we were ther for 2 weeks and the room was cleaned every day towels changed as required tv had 3 english channels we took a firestick so got youtube etc. Food was very repetitive there was always a tunisian dish on at lunch and evening meal which were tasty but always pizzas or pasta, vegetables were never hot (there was a microwave). Tables were being reserved for some guests so it could be difficult to find a empty table that was set with cutlery at times but also seemed like ther was only 6 salt and pepper pots for everything as you had to search to get them or if you could find a waiter ask him to find them. Breakfast was exactly the same each day, yogurts crassoints eggs pancakes eggs and cereals....fresh omelettes were available if you queued coffee was from machines and was never hot there were juices and flavoured water.it was difficult to get cups at times there just didn't seem to be enough, same for spoons and cereal bowls. Fresh fruit was available at all meals but always the same oranges dates tangerine and occasionally bananas. The cakes and sweet options were repetitive and nothing was special. Bars drinks...poor local spirits o e beer the cocktails in the all inclusive package were terrible, you had to pay for a better type (a one made in a shaker and in a bigger glass) seating if bars and lounge areas are old worn and grubby tables are sticky and need a good clean ther is no waiter service they are only glass collectors when glasses are needed. Entertainment....the team are friendly and only work with what the have been given...shows on an evening were in a theatre type building away from the main building it had no bars or toilets the shows were poor. Pool beach...pools were clean plenty sunbeds a few activities archery darts boulles entertainment team did zumba and dance spots throughout the day. Plenty tennis courts on site and a golf course the beach is clean and plenty sunbeds.i would rate this hotel as a 2 star, I would not return but would visit Tunisia again. Now the
