Was an absolutely fantastic holiday! The hotel could not have been any better, food was always fantastic and staff tendered to everything possible with fantastic service. We were greeted at dinner with a bottle of wine and roses which made it extra special. The pool was fantastic with the bar staff constantly making sure we have everything we need. The animation team made sure it was full of entertainment with mambo always providing entertainment and playing cards with us. The room was incredibly clean, changed and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in the sun! Will definitely visit again…

Fantastiskt , jätte god mat. Thank you Maher, and Hannan. And all staff. Good service and nice hotell room. Very helpfull People and kind .love this hotel . The best hotell i have ever been in.I be back big love for all the staff. And the room service was great

Positive Aspects: 1. Staff - The staff were exceptionally friendly and deserving of a 4-star rating. - Special commendations Dominio from the animation team for his engaging activities and ability to keep guests entertained. 2. Room - The room was aesthetically pleasing and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. 3. Food - The food quality was satisfactory on certain nights, lots of confusion of what certain dishes were. lots of signs missing. Negative Aspects: 1. Beverages - The cocktails were overly sugary,very poor quality 2. Food Variety - The menu lacked variety, with similar offerings each night. 3. Room Amenities - The mini bar ( fridge) empty - There was no water for two nights, necessitating the use of bottled water for basic hygiene needs. 4. Pool Area - While the main pool area was generally clean, it required maintenance due to rust and dirt. - Securing poolside beds was challenging unless guests woke up early, before 6am and the pool towels provided were old and small, you could only get them changed every 3 days ....... not 5 star, you had to take your dirty, wet towel back to your room every night. 5. Communication - There was a significant lack of communication from the staff during the water outage. Overall - Based on the experience, it is felt that the stay did not justify the price paid, warranting a rating of 3 stars. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT. The staff ask you for your phone and review themselves on here. we chose this resort based on the score and reviews...... so very disappointed

I want to give an honest review of this hotel so I will give my honest opinion in the pro’s and con’s. Pro’s Nice rooms, lovely maid she was so nice and everyday I woke up to a good morning and a smiling face, the waiters around the pool especially Hazam was amazing they work so hard and do a great job, the gardeners also nice and will turn up with a lovely flower, food was the best I’ve probably had in sousse but was repetitive and got boring by the end of the stay (we started going out for food). Chefs in the pool restaurant was also nice and pleasant, clean enough in general areas but expected better, the staff on the top terrace are great, the rooms are clean, lovely pools but the animation has the water aerobics and water polo going on for too long using most of the pool area. Beautiful grounds. Con’s I wouldn’t advise for anyone with a disability as some rooms are not accessible via a lift, Having to carry suitcases upstairs on departure as no lifts to go in, animation is moderate at best (I’ve stayed in a few lower priced hotels in sousse and I think it was save to say the animation ranked the lowest for the most expensive hotel I’ve stayed at) the chef at breakfast who does the omelettes will ignore an order to give the Arabic clients first priority on orders (waited 15 mins for 1 fried egg and gave up cause he asked me to stand to the side why he took 8 Arabic peoples orders and started making omelettes for them) the hallways smell like sewers, the man who does the currency is rude he will ignore you to have a full conversation with other members of staff, security will refuse to allow a taxi to collect from the front doors of the hotel so this resulted in us having to drag big heavy cases 5 minutes to the main gates at the road side. Be aware of the shop around the pool I witnessed a lady making a purchase and the man in the shop took the sticker off and said the price is higher now In my opinion if I was to return back it would be because of most of the staff because they make the hotel not the hotel itself and members of staff who let it down. If someone is going and likes to enjoy a good mix of evening entertainment I don’t think this hotel is for you. Lots of room for improvement and I think a little less pressure to give good reviews from the staff ain’t doing great. Around the pool could do with a good painting. The Amazing staff who I have seen mentioned loads of times have never asked for good reviews to be posted
