I returned home yesterday from a 5 night stay and this beautiful hotel. When you first pull up at the hotel entrance you just know your going to have a lovely time. On entering the hotel bags are put through a security scanner, which may alarm some people, but it's actually there to give all hotel guests peace of mind during their stay. Check in was quick and easy, and my bags where carried to my room for me. My only criticism this far is that I was not shown how to work the safe, and I ended up locking it shut and unable to open it, luckily I'd tested it first before putting anything in it. My sea view room was huge, with amazing views across the pools to the sea. Unfortunately there was no literature in my room regarding the hotel, no maps, restaurant times, A la Cart booking process, pool opening/closing times, or snack times. If you like a coffee or tea in your room it's a good idea to take your own, as there is only herbal teas on the trays in the rooms. Bottled water is left in room fridges. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are big enough to just use one. The bathroom had everything I needed, shower Gel, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and hand cream. The halls are carpeted so there is no noise from other people going back to their rooms late at night. The hotel was spotless clean throughout, and smoking was done outside which I was glad about. The restaurant had a great selection of foods, there was something to suit everyone. I had the same waiter for 5 days and he would always have my drink ready for me when I entered the restaurant, the service was excellent by all the restaurant staff. The temperature was between 18/20 degrees, with one rainy day. On that day I treated myself to a relaxing massage, which I highly recommend. The indoor pool, sauna and gym are at the back of the hotel in a separate build which not many people know is there and free to use, you only pay for the treatments if you wish to book any. There is a lifeguard at the indoor pool which I was surprised to see, especially as it's out of season. There are plenty of beds around the 2 outdoor pools and down on the beach, and waiting staff will still come down on the beach to take your drink orders. There was security and a lifeguard down on the beach. There was various entertainment in the Lobby lounge area up until 9.30pm, when some form of show would be put on by the entertainment team in the conference room, however I chose to stay in the lounge. The lobby/lounge has a high ceiling so it can get a little loud and echos, but it's a bright pleasent space and the waiting staff are very quick and attentive, and work hard. All in all, I had a wonderful relaxing time. This is definitely a hotel to go to if you just want to relax and peacefully unwind. It was that nice I've just booked to go back next Feb 😁

I had an incredible experience with the hotel cleaner during my stay! The room was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of attention to detail went into the cleaning. Not only was everything immaculate, but the bed was perfectly made, the bathroom was pristine, and all surfaces were gleaming. It was such a refreshing feeling to come back to a perfectly tidied room after a long day. The cleaner truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciated their hard work. I’ll definitely look forward to returning to this hotel again, thanks to the outstanding cleanliness Thank you Rahma for all your help in room 405!

We had a great 4 days with my lady away from kids ;) Weather was acceptable for this time of the year however water freezing cold. Hotel over all it’s more 4 star then a 5 star and for sure not family hotel (it was plenty of families staying) but almost nothing to do for kids. Rooms acceptable with new 32" Samsung TV, did have something missing in our room on arrival however if you ask any member of staff they will sort it out your problem without hesitation, clean rooms thanks to a great cleaner Laila, however some aspects of the room need fixing like a balcony door or poorly equip mini bar which for 4 days only got a 1 bottle of water which we drunk on first night no more refills. They do have filter water dispensers in the corridors but after one day of our stay we got Bali Belly for the all stay so no idea if that was water or the ice which they use in our drinks was filter properly :( they have indoor pool free warm and very clean . Entertainment over all good thanks to a great staff which was always helpful and friendly especially Eleonora, Lilo, Zube, Nina great people :) And don't forget to book a trip with Freddy to the Sousse Market and for sure go and see the Colosseum in El Jem (careful with camel guy he will ask for 1 dinar for camel but its only pic not the ride :) ride will cost you 20 but its worth the money) don't forget to try quads in the Olive farm great fun :) Good tip exchange money for as many 5 dinars as you can good for tipping and having even exceptional service :) Food ok big selection of Tunisian local dishes but I did expect more for sure you will not be hungry :)
