I have just got back from a fab 10 nights at this hotel. The hotel is spotless. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a good morning. The staff couldn't do enough for you. They were very polite and always asked if we were OK. The room is of a good standard. Room was always cleaned by a lovely cleaner and she would always do some sort of origami and will display it on your bed. The outside area is clean and well looked after and there is always someone doing something to the garden. There are two outdoor swimming pools. One is a quite pool and the other is where they do the entertainment during the day. The food is good a bit repetitive but alot to choose from. The waiters are sensational. They will always greet you and get you a table and if you go to the sane waiter he will remember your drink order and will be on the table for you. The snack bar is OK if you just want a little bit of food. The beach is lovely, there is people who want to sell you something but if you say no thank you they will leave you alone. There is always waiters who will come and ask you if you want a drink by the pool. To get a lounger you do have to get up early to get one by 8 they are all gone but the life guards will get you a lounger if there are non available. You also get towel cards too. The entertainment team is great and will try and get you to join in with activities but they won't pressure you if you don't want to. The negatives I would say is the entertainment in the evening is repetative so if you been there a week, it's the same for the next week, I would say the kids disco in the evening is a bit late 830pm and only last a max of 15 min to 30 mins and is the same thing every evening. I personally think that in the pool where the entertainment is, should have music playing all day not just a couple of hours when the entertainment team are working. I would say the entertainment guys like to hang around with young adults and will concentrate on them I will definitely be returning

We had a wonderful time at this hotel because all the staff made us feel so welcome , the room cleaners were great especially Nadia. So friendly and polite. The entertainment team were fantastic too and love their positive energy. They made it fun for the guests. I really enjoyed all the dance shows and karaoke singing. Freddy was so helpful, great tour guy at the hotel and sorted us a perfect tour to colosseum and Monastir , we had such a great time. It’s a lot cheaper to book tours at the hotel with Freddy than book online. There was a lot of food choice and fresh seafood. I’m not a big fan of Tunisian food but there was a lot other cuisines I like so that was not a problem. The dessert is always good. I would say it is the service at the hotel that makes it a 5 star , they really do treat all the customers very well and do everything they can to make you happy. But don’t expect the standard rooms to have any wow factors , it’s basic, and didn’t provide slippers which I normally expect from a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless, I would go back to this hotel for the sunshine, pool , beach, food and quality customer service.
