I arrived here at the Amazing Andalous on 22nd November 2024 from Nantwich South Manchester with my friends from London. This is my 3rd time spending Christmas and the New Year here. I truly recommend this wonderful hotel to anybody who has not had a holiday here!!! You will definitely want to return again!!! The hotel led by the manager Mr Salah gets better and better. Assistant manager Mohammed is so friendly and approachable for all the guests. Customer relations headed up by Imed and Aziz made sure we had lovely rooms next door to each other near the Star Prestige areas of the hotel. Absolutely great service from the dynamic duo Imed and Aziz!!! The Christmas tree decorated by Lorenza Mr Salah's wife looks so lovely with 2 beautiful sets of red and white lights. Lorenza is building the Christmas scene as you go into the Buffet Restaurant is taking shape as we speak and the hotel looks stunning with all the Christmas and New Year decorations. The restaurants food managed by Mr Lofti is soooo delicious and seems to have got even better from all my previous stays here. The entertainments and animation team managed by Mr Lassaad is amazing, held together by members Zico and Zupa who have been here since my first of my many holidays at the Andalous!!! Not forgetting recently added members in the last year or so Kitty, Nora, Nina, Lilo, Bibo and any I have may have missed out!!!They all work so hard to make guests welcome and help to make our holiday memorable!!! This is why so many of my new friends from all over the UK and Europe keep coming back here. It has become like a second home for me!!! The Star prestige areas of the hotel on the hotel roof terrace managed by Mohammed and near the beach led by Kamel are lovely too. Hassim Mr Salah's manager has been so helpful helping me get my Christmas eve dinner booked after their had been a communication error by Love holidays checking me in and out on the same day when I extended my holiday for another 2 weeks to include Christmas and the New Year celebrations for my 3rd year here at the Andalous. Just to conclude this is an absolutely stunning 5 star hotel with 3 lovely swimming pools and of course a lovely private beach overlooking the lovely Mediterranean sea with views across to Sousse and in the other direction a short walk down to our sister hotel, the beautiful Iberostar Kantaoui Bay. We have been there during the month of October. The main reason we return to Iberostar Diar El Andalous is the amazing staff who do an outstanding job. They always have a smile and are always here to help and to make your stay special. Special thanks go to the animation team and to the guest relations who really helped us from the beginning until the end of our stay. Weather was perfect, we spent most of our stay on the beach which is heaven on earth. My two daughters had a great time in the kids club and were very sad to leave the hotel. The food was brilliant with a huge variety, fresh food and vegetables, delicious pasta and pizza. The local tunisian food was delicious. Looking forward to coming back very soon. Mina Room 489

The hotel was absolutely fabulous , with every area spotlessly clean especially the rooms, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional, with a special mention to Hassine and Marwan at the reception who ensured we were well looked after. The staff’s implication and hard work truly made us feel home away from home during all our stay. A big shoutout to the animation team (especially Lassaad the entertainment manager) whose vibrant energy and incredible performances kept the evenings and days lively with many activities . The hotel also offered excellent facilities : 4 different pools (we enjoyed only 2 out of 4 especially the indoor seawater one) , a fabulous beach , delicious food with a huge variety and outstanding service. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in providing top-notch hospitality. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and are already looking forward to our next visit! We have already booked for a stay in August 😍😍😍

Quite possibly the best hotel I have ever visited in terms of staff availability, attitude towards their work and their willingness to help. The ladies and gentlemen who work there cannot be faulted, from check in to check out, every single one of them was just brilliant. Special thanks to Najoua from room service, a clean room every day throughout our stay. Mohammed in the star prestige lounge, ever so elegant and at our service at all times. Kitchen staff, food is amazing. Staff in the Italian lounge thanks for keeping everything to a very high standard. Front desk staff and Aziz, you handled our every request with a smile, Thanks everyone . Room was spacious and clean we booked with star prestige. I would have loved to give this hotel five stars but in my opinion it's let down by the fact that the rooftop prestige sun lounge should be a smoke free zone, and all smokers should go outside the hotel or use the balconies in their rooms,instead they all congregate in this open lounge and smoke continuously throughout the day, This effectively makes the star prestige lounge a smokers lounge and it ruins the air and the feel of this otherwise elegantly put together space.
