The hotel is a little out dated but clean, the staff, esspecially the entertainers! were extremely kind and helpful and work so hard 24/7 , my only complaint will be, food was quite bland and the same selection every day which can be frustrating if there are certain foods you don't like. The hotel is a little out dated but clean, the staff, esspecially the entertainers! were extremely kind and helpful and work so hard 24/7 , my only complaint will be, food was quite bland and the same selection every day which can be frustrating if there are certain foods you don't like. All in all we didn't go hungry so I would definitely say 5 out of 10 for the food. My worst complaint would be that the Alchole is massively watered down and rarely had enough wine so im only presuming its because the wine cant be watered down, the bar staff were very rude at time's especially when you don't leave tips for every drink you have. The cleaner's didn't leave fresh towels and used and remade the beds with the same sheets, the lack of toilet roll was a constant battle in rooms and toilets in all rest rooms. Bottled water was supposed to be given every day but in the week there ,we only received 2 bottles. All in all the staff except the bar staff I would give a 9 out of 10! Amazing, hardworking, very friendly bunch of people 🥰 I would definitely go back to this hotel for them alone 🥰 my score for this holiday in total was an easy 6/7 out of 10. Would I come back here to this hotel even with the negatives? Absolutely yes! 💯 captain Jack! And ALL the animation team! You made it special ❤️ my sincere appreciation are with you guy's and I'd love to see you all again x all in all its an affordable holiday for families and plenty to do. Very happy with my first experience to Tunisia❤️ thank you. X
