“Truly Wonderful hotel and staff - especially Ismail the waiter!”
Truly 5 star luxury!! Everyone treated me like a princess and were very friendly towards me and my mum 😇 they kept us entertained with a camel ride, horse ride, late night shows, volleyball, and I'm going quad biking tomorrow! “Fabulous”
The staff are so friendly, they go over & above to make sure your stay is just perfect. Food is good & varied. Entertainment staff are just fantastic - funny, entertaining .....I even learnt some basic Arabic which is welcomed by the staff. I've already booked my return visit

Hotel is well worthy of 5*'s . Exceptional service by all staff . CHADIA our in house room attendant worked exceptionally hard keeping our room clean and tidy . “Average and adequate though disappointing”
Disappointing. Room was very average, basically clean but old and in decline. AC did not worked, called to have it checked, waited well over an hour no one came. Does have a good beach location and the food was good, served in a very large buffet style and they did have options for vegetarians
