I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago pre Covid , and the changes have been immense! The staff were very helpful , hotel clean, pool area clean and the food was lovely and a couple of evenings had gone above and beyond expectations. As mentioned in another review it would have been nice to have a music vibe by the pool. We did have a little confusion in the evenings sometimes trying to get a table for dinner but the restaurant manager always managed to fit us in . We visited the second week in November and the weather was amazing , the beach is max one minute , walk to Port el Kantaoui about 10 mins and less to the golf course. Taxi into Sousse 20/25 dinars so reasonable. Would recommend and will be back next year

“An amazing weekend away”

What can I say, the hotel exceed my expectations and is worthy of all 5 of its stars. Staff so attentive and were amazing with our 16 month old Isla. They all couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was clean and rooms cleaned daily. Pool area was amazing and no need to reserve a bed because there is plenty of beds and space round the pool. Daily activities for everyone and the beach is only a 30 second walk from the pool area itself. Beach well maintained and clean. We will definitely return in the future.

“8 Hour Holiday review, due to medical care required”

Sunday 17th November to Thursday 21st November. Upon arrival, met by a member of staff to be advised to fill in the Tourist Tax Form, then report back to Reception topay this once form compete. A welcome drink was provided, whilst we were to fill in said form. Once complete handed back into Reception, as room wasn't ready, headed for some lunch. On completion of lunch, went back to reception, and proceeded to my room 318. Room was nice and spacious for a solo traveller like myself, and had two good sized singles beds, perfect for a few nights away to relax from the stress of work etc back home. I quickly showered, unpacked and met up with the guy I had met off the flight to explaore the hotel and its surroundings. We had a quick walk around, liked the look of the pool and surrounding areas, and ended uo getting involved in having a go at Archery, which was a first. and had a good look of the hotel etc. After we had finished that, we headed back towards the pool and bar, for a quick drink, chat with other guests, before heading back to our seperate rooms to feshen up and meet later back in Reception for our evening meals. We met up back down stairs in Reception, where is was decided we would go for something to eat around 20:30, local time, this is were my review of the hotel sadly ends. It was getting up from my seat on the outdoor seating area, walking towards the indoor resturant that I lost my footing on the marble floor resulting in fracturing my right anckle in three places and requiring medical attention, infact two operations to insert screws and a plate to hold my anckle in place.. The staff came to help and support, even calling a ambulance for me, but thats where the help of the staff ended. No memeber of the staff came with me to the Hospital, I had no contact withe the hotel whilst in Hopsital for 4 days and nights, despite making calls to them and emails. I was left alone with no help which is not what I would expect, assuming duty and care of your guests, but can't comment on this, and not sure how accidents and incidents are reported in Tunisia etc. If it was't for Easyjet, who I went with, I am not sure how I would've got on. The Hospital wasn't the best place to be, laugaue issues didn't help, but can't fault the team there. A few problems in commiunication, which was to be expected, but we managed. Can't fault the nurses, surgeons and the team there, but unless you have money, and can pay, your experience will be difficult. I was asked to pay, before I was even out of the ambulance, which wasn't a nice feeling as all I could think of, 'I need to get this agreed'. Anyway, this was an experience I had to endure, and we got over this. Luckily for me, I came home on the day I should've come home, and Easyjet had arranged for my room to be kept on, and arranged for a taxi back to Airport for me, so Easyjet came good when it mattered.. Its a shame that my holiday was cut short, and never got the chance to exoerience this hotel, as from my short time there, there staff where helpful and friendly, It's just a shame that my experience of them and the hotel ended as it did. I can't fault the hotel and staff, just the duty of care after my accident could've been better, but again, not 100% they couldve done more. I do have plans to return next year, and experience this hotel further, but I will be extr careful on the marble flooring, as from my experience, if you fall, you will hurt yourself. Holiday insurance is a must going forward, and I am really glad I was covered. This is a holiday I will rember for all the wrong rasons, which is a shame, as this Hotel has a lot to offer their guests.

Everything was great until last day, we put in a complaint and heard nothing been over a month, so decided as no response it should be posted here... What I sent:I wanted to put this in written format to know it's been dealt with. We are leaving today, Room 136. We had all our bags and cases in room, the cleaner knocked the door and asked when leaving at 9am, we said 12pm. At 10.35 we leave the room to get a drink from the bar, we pass the clearer outside a room near the lifts and say morning. While going down the lift I realised I forgot my sunglasses and went back up to room. On entering the room the clearer had her hands in our hand luggage back, zipping it back up, said sorry and ran out of room. On inspection the money wallet inside the bag had been left opened (I guess rush closing bag) Thankfully no cash was in the money wallet, but the intentions were clear she was looking for something like cash. I went to reception and reported it straight away, it did seem to be escalated. I hope this is being dealt with correctly, it has ruined a good stay at your hotel.
