⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Best holiday ever, clean pool, lovely room, great balcony, good variety of food. Staff go above and beyond… This was my first ever time abroad and it was 10/10, my boyfriend has previously been on holiday up to 10 times and he said this is the nicest hotel he’s been to. So many things to do, activities, excursions etc all at such a good price! The animation team were so friendly and even on days you didn’t want to be spoken to, they leave you alone. I loved the food hall, pizza, pasta, Tunisian dishes, chicken, so many desserts…everything was spotless, the food hall, our rooms after the maids had been in, the pool….the aqua park was super fun and something different to do without leaving the resort. Massage was great, beach is stunning…I seriously don’t know how people leave bad reviews calling it dirty etc…it was amazing all round. Only thing I would say is they need air con in the games room…but that’s a personal preference. I LOVED my holiday here and we’re ready to book again for next year and bring my whole family…I wish I could rate this higher than a 10/10. Toilets ALWAYS being cleaned, sunbeds so easy to get and all near the pool… this review would be even longer if I mentioned the activities we did, jet skis are a must do if you never have, hire the boat on the beach at the water sports place you won’t regret it. We had sauna and massage which was amazing! Quad bikes too:) Don’t listen to the grumps complaining about the food either, there are takeaways available and an Italian restaurant, peach iced tea non stop by the pool and people will still find something to moan about….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came June/July this yr and returned in Oct, Once again we had an amazing time, Everything about this hotel is great, All the staff work incredibly hard to make sure you have the best holiday ever, Maissa on Reception always responded to any inquiries I had before I arrived and sorted out any requests I had, The hotel is spotless the maids/cleaners are always around to make sure it stays that way, There's lots of choice of food we were very well fed, the chefs/waiters do an amazing job, The bar staff are very friendly and you don't have to wait more than a minute to get a drink, There's 4 pools ones indoor and a waterpark all with tons of sunbeds, you don't have to get up early to get one and the sunbed man is lovely, everyday as soon as he saw me he would wave and bring over my 4 mats, You also have the beach but we never went there we stayed around the Animation pool, The Jewellery shop got me once again Khaled and Noureddine thankyou so much all your items are amazing, this time round I brought 4 rings, a pair of earrings, 2 bracelets and 2 necklaces, amazing quality at an amazing price, This time round we only did the quad bikes which were great once again, They do lots of excursions just speak to Kamel or Slimene and they will sort you out, Now ive saved the best till last, The Animation team, wow what can I say, they really do make this hotel, The hotel is great and I can't fault anything about it but the Animation team make it an incredible place to stay, They work very long hrs and are on the go all the time, there always smiling, they check in on everyone to make sure your enjoying yourselfs, They let you know what's happening that day to see if you would like to join in or not its your choice no pressure, They do yoga, aqua aerobics, darts, French bowls, water polo, football, mini games daily, There's also a white party, colour party and foam party once a week, weather depending, Then every evening they put on a show and afterwards you can go to the night club, There's to meny to mention but Luka, Josef, Sky, Bibi and Saif I really want to mention by name as they are amazing people and made our holiday, We have already booked to come back in May and Aug next yr, Can't wait to come back xx

Hotel deserves 4*. Very pleasant stay. Our arrival was late so instead of checking us in we were taken to the restaurant to have something to eat what I think was very nicely arranged. Hotel deserves 4*. Very pleasant stay. Our arrival was late so instead of checking us in we were taken to the restaurant to have something to eat what I think was very nicely arranged. Rooms were small (that's why it's rated 3* as we found out later) but very nice and tidy. No hair dryers in the rooms, no beach towels and you can't hire iron. Staff was very friendly, some more influenced by tips but not all at all. Animation team was a bit disappointing as they seem to entertain certain people more then others sometimes they would pass by not even saying hello. Food to our taste was very good. Plenty to choose from even if you would be to come last. Tables were allocated on first day and we had same table for us for any meal time through all week we were there. No need to try and find a table especially if you are a bigger group. we thought it was brilliant idea. All around is very well looked after and clean, plenty to do. Spa was 5* experience. Always polite and trying to accommodate you. In total we had 3 types of massages. Best experience. Hella ( if I am not mistaken) was exceptional Overall very good stay
