“Great experience!”

We spent a happy week at this hotel. I liked the food, the beach, the people, the animation and all our stay. Also enjoyed the beach volleyball. Our room was cleaned every day and had an amazing view. Special thanks to Houssem from the restaurant who did his best for our comfort.

We loved this hotel! We had a wonderful vacation at Le Soleil Bella Vista Hotel! Shortly before we came we'd read all the comments, especially the bad ones and we were afraid that we will have a very disappointing experience here. But fortunately everything was just fine. First, the biggest treasure of the hotel is its personnel. All people working there were very kind, nice and helpful, doing their best to help and please you. They have made our stay very comfortable and pleasant experience. The animators were doing hard entertaining work and although we could not participate much with the small childen we wish we could. The people working at the restaurant were doing great job. Many thanks to Wajdi for being so nice with us and the kids! Despite the many bad comments we liked the food and always found tasty thing to eat. I think the chefs are doing their best with what they have. May be the variety is not as wide as in some European hotels but I think that the taste compensates this. The milk had the taste of the milk from my grandma's farm from my childhood and the poultry - chicken and turkey (the most of the meat) also had a lot better and real taste. The food was not very spicy but spicy enough to taste Tunisian cusine and something different, yet well balanced. Great variety of desserts and we could always find good ones. The fruits are only 3-4 kinds - grape, apples, dates and peaches, but all tasted great. There are a couple of bars and you can always eat something somewhere. The french fries at the beach bar were real - not from freezed, tastless potatos! We were very happy with the room they gave us - a suite and it was cleaned every day. The room seemed renovated and had big balcony and sea view. The children were happy with the aquapark and we also liked the beach with very fine sand. Two days, may be because of the wind, the sea was not very clean but after that it was fine. Of course if you come to the hotel with your big, for example European, expectations for the same level of cleanliness and standards you are used to, you may be a little disappointed. But this is a different culture and you can see in the streets and the cities - it is just a different standard and you have to accept that. When you come to another culture you must try to understand, accept it as it is, come to it without your many big expectations to be something else that you know and you are used to. You need to adapt and understand more - expand yourself or complain - a matter of choice. Anyway I think the people, working at the hotel were doing great job and maintain very good standard. Overall we had a great experience and will miss everything in the hotel, including the animals in the small zoo at the hotel and the parrots at the entrance :)
