“Relaxing holiday by the sea!”
We took our mothers who are in their 70s for a relaxing holiday here in Tunisia. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious and a clean daily. All the facilities were well maintained and looked after. If you’re visiting slightly out of season then be prepared for the outdoor pools to be free… more
We took our mothers who are in their 70s for a relaxing holiday here in Tunisia. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious and a clean daily. All the facilities were well maintained and looked after. If you’re visiting slightly out of season then be prepared for the outdoor pools to be freezing however there is an indoor pool that is warm and can be swimming for free. We did a spa package which included a massage,a visit to the Hamman with a seaweed scrub and exfoliating experience all for £67 not bad for a two hour treatment! The food is fresh, and if you enjoy eating fresh fish and lamb, you won’t be disappointed! The breakfast is the same every day however there is a wide variety. Make sure you ask for fresh strawberries as they are amazing. The Hotel entertainment staff were really great with lots of different activities from darts to archery to Zumba by the pool. The stand out staff member for us was Ramos who really took time to get us involved in all activities, he is a real asset to the hotel, an all rounder and an integral part of the entertainment team. He really made our holiday special and for that we are thankful. One thing to look out for: if you take a taxi into the main are only pay 1 dinar during the day each way and 2 at night. The security staff seemed to want to ramp up the price just because we are tourists. If you want to get nails done I recommend Wahiba beauty in town.

“Great holiday”
Great animation team and hotel was amazing and the food was also great, music was amazing the pool was amazing reception are amazing ping ping, swimming was amazing this is a great place to come and it was a very enjoyable holiday, definitely recommend

It was my first visit to the Tunisian and to this absolutely beautiful hotel. Can’t say anything negative about this hotel and my experience in this place. All staff are absolutely fantastic, helpful and super friendly. The food is amazing with lots of different varieties to choose from. The hotel is allocated in the most beautiful location. The most important thing I would like to describe is the Entertainment team. The person who deserves to be praised is Ramos member of the entertainment team who made my stay even more special. He is such a talented, great guy and a true asset to the hotel. Because my experience was so amazing I’m already thinking of visit it again next year.

“Birthday week in March”
The hotel is lovely and the staff is really friendly. Ideal if you want to relax and also do some sports and activities. The hotel has 2 tennis courts and a gym and you have lovely staff who are there for you all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed here as part of a group. With children and adults. Overall a good experience. I would say this is catered for adults but served well for children too. But it was a great stay. The WiFi is EXCELLENT in this hotel, very good connection everywhere, even on the beach which was a surprise. Food: I’d say this hotel is very efficient when it comes to food in the restaurant with minimal wastage in my opinion. They control portion sizes when on display; I went during Ramadan not sure if this was a contributing factor. The breakfast options were limited, served the purpose but limited and could have done better. Lunch time I didn’t really utilise but it was Mediocre. Evening meals were good they had more of a selection and you can see they put the effort in. The food area and everything was clean and the waiters were helpful. Giving them a tip goes a long way they attend to your needs. I liked the fact they give bottled drinks and not carbonated drinks, for example Fanta, Sprite, Coke bottles etc. Overall the food was good no complaints. Room: We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was for 4 people and it was a nice, spacious, clean room with a good size balcony. The beds were big and comfortable. Cleaned on a daily basis. I’m very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Shop onsite: There is a shop onsite, sells all sorts Inc sunglasses, hats, clothes, souvenoirs, all sorts and a shop that sells snacks etc. I didn’t use it much but it has all the basics and the prices are similar to the shop in the main road opposite the hotel. Money exchange: I exchanged mine at the airport. The rate is slightly less but that’s expected. If you exchange your money by the shops near the hotel (on the way to the carrefour market) you will get a good rate. It’s very close to the spot rate which I got on my Halifax Clarity Card Entertainment: Adult bar in the evenings has a good vibe. They offered live music after 9.30pm but I didn’t utilise this. The children’s entertainment section could have been better, they had a children’s disco but maybe it was off-season and Ramadan? Tips: Transfer from Enfidha Airport is 2hrs on the coach/shuttle and a private shuttle is 1hr. But the price double
