“Pleasant hotel”

Great hotel for a quick visit. Rooms are very dated. We faced a side street so maybe opt for the pool view. Didn’t experience any noise though. The guy at the tour desk was very helpful and organised all our tours. Thank you. More attention should be had to the cleanliness of the rooms.

My husband and I recently stayed here for four nights and, while our stay was fine, would not likely return. While we did visit over peak season, the cost ($320 USD per night after tax) seemed steep for the quality of the hotel and I would seek out alternate arrangements in the future. This hotel does seem to cater moreso to families (we are a couple in our mid-30s), so those with children might feel differently. PROS: Walking distance to the beach, Bangla Road, boxing arena, and anything else you'd like to see in Patong. Room was spacious and clean with an outdoor balcony. Large breakfast buffet with many different options. CONS: Various features of the room seemed run down and in need of replacement/updates, particularly in the bathroom area. Despite booking a room with a king size bed, only two small, flat pillows were provided. Rooms read dark, particularly in the evening when there is no natural light coming in. As others have mentioned, no extra toilet paper is provided which just seems oddly restrictive. Limited seating by pool, which can get filled up as there are many families utilizing it. Restaurant can get chaotic during breakfast buffet and we saw some people struggle to locate seating.

We were a family of 5 that booked to rooms for two weeks in December 2024. We decided on this hotel as it said it had kids areas, children activities and a kids club, it does not! The breakfast: very average, and very tailored towards Indian and Chinese cuisine. There are many high sugar options so if you just want some fruit and cereals, this place is not for you. There were also times where the place was so busy that you had to fight for a spot. The rooms: all in all okay. Especially the ones facing the pool. The first room we got, the AC did not work. Our kids unfortunately got a blue stain on one pillow and they charged us 400 bhat for that. If you get a room facing the streets or the market, brace yourself for a lot of noise. The service: non existent…. Yes they will carry your suitcases, but apart from that there is no pro active engagement in order to ensure that your stay is pleasant. You are on your own. Also, no introduction to how the hotel works, the phones, the amenities nothing. The WiFi was good. Location: quite good, the beach is close by and you can go on many excursions in the area. All in all, if you are looking a a touch of high end or luxury, this is not your place. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else and make the most of it.
