Great hotel to spend your vacation in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, as this was one of the main aspects why we have chosen this hotel: the beach is just across the street. Just beside the hotel there is a bar and a small "market" for tourists where you can get nearly everything that you might need. Within 5 minutes walk you can also reach the city center. We had a room with pool access so every now and then we could enjoy Thailands sun or just jump in to cool down undisturbed by other residents. The hotel staff was also great and very helpful. Whenever we had questions Bee, Yaya and Bowgie would help us out with a friendly smile on a face. The rest of the staff was also great of course :)

“The Hotel made the holiday .”

The facilities are excellent, room service keep the room spotless. All the Staff particularly front desk were most helpful and the breakfast staff very friendly and always gave you a big smile/welcome. I would like to commend Bee, Yaya, Bogie & New. Jack Riley

“Nearly perfect”

Stayed for 10 nights in December. Check in Easy but be prepared to wait as your room might not be available till 2pm. We had to wait around 4hrs but not the hotels fault. Stayed for 10 nights in December. Check in Easy but be prepared to wait as your room might not be available till 2pm. We had to wait around 4hrs but not the hotels fault. Room ( swim up) Spacious bed and comfortable. Not much storage space but wasn’t an issue. Take an extension lead as plug sockets limited. Air con was fine. Bathroom was ok. Free shampoo/ shower gel. Hairdryer was fine and shower pressure was ok. Free tea and coffee with 2 x 0.6 litres water free each day. Fridge very good. WiFi brilliant throughout resort and free. Cleaned to a high standard. Half Board This is our first 0.5 point knocked off. Being half board you can either eat lunch time or in the evening. We wasn’t told this till 2 days to go and was paying for lunch time meals as we ate out at night a few times. Costing around 3000 baht that we didn’t need to spend. Half board menu is quite basic but nice. Lotus bar You can eat here lunchtime and food was superb. This is the second 0.5 point knocked off. People’ were smoking in there whilst your trying to eat. The smoking room is a metre or so away, so all smoking should be there. Very off putting. They do a happy hour during the day. Staff brilliant Drinks Quite expensive but there is a happy hour in the evening. Small but nice bar area. Staff lovely 2 pools. The Bhandari was fine. All no smoking which is good. Lots of beds but only a couple get the sun all day. We had a swim up room but only got the sun for 2 hours a day. Pool was lovely. Beach 2 mins walk to a lovely sandy beach. Please respect the memorials of the people who lost their life’s. Shops 7/11 is 15 mins walk away and 24hrs a day. Beer as time restrictions. Water is cheap. Restaurants in town Loads. Top of the road go left as well as right. No hassle from anyone. A polite no thank you works well Thai/ BBQ Night at hotel Go, food plentiful and a good night. Breakfast Loads and loads. Good choices. The big tree A peace of history Staff Brilliant. All young and every single one of them are a credit to the hotel and themselves. Bowling, Yaya, Yui, Bowwie, Rainbow, tuan, SK, Kendrick, Kris, Louise plus many many more. Would I go again? Yes we would but a direct flight. And an early flight home.

We spent the second week of our TUI 3 week multi destination stay at this hotel in Khaolak. We transferred from Krabi and the journey took approx 2.5 hours. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm to a warm welcome. We were shown to our room overlooking a rooftop of plant saucers containing stale water and a grubby wall. We requested a move and after a few minutes this was sorted out. Our next room overlooked the pool an bar area and was much better. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and traditionally Thai. However, with that comes problems with the water pressure in the shower and poor AC which when its as humid as it was is a problem. As people have commented there is very little storage space for clothes etc. WIFI is ok on the whole. Towels and bedding were excellent and the room was kept very clean. The room had a lovely balcony with recliners. The only english speaking tv channel was BBC News if that is your thing. There is tea and coffee and two bottles of water daily in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and staff member Kris was always friendly, smiling and helpful and is a credit to the hotel. The pool was lovely for swimming but some tiles are coming away in places and some decking requires attention as coming loose. It was quiet and peaceful around the pool although there was a bit of sun lounger saving near the end of the week. Pool towels were delivered daily to the room. There are a few rickety steps that need careful manoeuvering around the hotel. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and is a lovely wide sandy beach. It was a quiet beach but we were surprised with how much plastic rubbish had been washed up on the beach and not cleaned away. There are no loungers on the beach and very little shade. Next time I think we would book a hotel that backs onto the beach and has loungers and umbrellas. Town is approx 10 mins walk slightly uphill. There are lots of bars and restaurants along the main strip most of which have Wifi our favourite was called Tiffys Cafe lovely Thai food and so friendly. Whilst at the hotel we did a brilliant excursion to Khaolak Elephant home with a guided tour via GetYourGuide app. Overall we had a nice week at the hotel it just fell down on the poor AC and low water pressure and some required maintenance issues. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
