“Love this resort & the staff”
Absolutely loved this resort, amazing staff, welcoming & friendly nothing is too much trouble. We went all inclusive, it's on the beach with 2 pools & beachside restaurant. “Upset”
I was going to write a fabulous review on this hotel but unfortunately upon checking out on the 7th October 2024 was shocked to receive a bill of 1555 THB for the minibar in my room .On arrival to the hotel on the 23rd September 2024 was never told by the receptionist that a cost would be incurred.… more

“Memorable stay”
Negatives:There was no hair conditioner so I went to reception requesting hair conditioner.The receptionist said"Sure-which room?"..."I will have maintenance fix it!!"...I thought "fix it??"...She thought I said Air conditioner...!!??...Then she said"OK"...I never did get any HAIR conditioner...No … more

“Not the best for cleanliness”
This hotel was an alternative choice after we were told our Tui Blue original hotel had building work being done. We chose an alternative because we wanted a restful holiday. The hotel is next door and in our arrival to the Laguna Resort we could not see any building work being done at our origin… more
