This was our first holiday to Thailand. On our arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by the friendly staff at the reception with a cool drink and refreshing towel. we were delighted with out choice of Graceland Hotel Khaolak. We stayed for two weeks all inclusive and we really enjoyed our lovely room with the chosen upgrade of the swimming canal right outside. We liked all the meals and especially the wonderful beach night BBQ and the lawn night BBQs held twice whilst we were staying there. all the excursions were well organised and most provide lunch. We would definitely return to Graceland hotel and Kaolak.

Lovely hotel very clean and emaculat gardens,nice rooms and great breakfast.The hotel was on the beach ,all the staff were brilliant,Thep who works on the beach was very helpful,he was always smiling and very chatty,We will be returning soon

“Royal serenity, luxurious pleasure at Sen Spa. Addicted to Graceland”

It was my second planned stay at Graceland Khao Lak, which i absolutely love!! Want to start from my experience at Sen Spa. Satisfaction and enjoy is on 1000% out of 100%. It looks gorgeous, it feels like in heaven ! Extremely beautiful interior design, unique and authentic atmosphere of Thai royal serenity. Special treasure of the spot are the ladies working there, Jub, Honey, Fon and other ladies. They, like wonderful fairies, surrounded me with such a warm hospitality, care and highly professional massage procedures, which i will remember for very long time with gratitude. My body and soul revived in their hands. The procedures gave me better effect, than going to manual therapist and psychologist separately. I took several sessions of hot stone massage, hot herbal compress massage and facial massage. During head and facial massage , kindly done by Honey, each time i was deeply sleeping, like a baby, due to extremely deep relaxation and enjoyment. I got addicted to Sen Spa, and even i had to move to another hotel, Jub kindly brought me from my hotel to Sen Spa by her car, every day. I appreciated a lot that level of hospitality. I had staid in other 4,5-5 stars hotels in Khao Lak before, but once again i prefered to stay exactly in Graceland. Amazingly green and large territory, nice breakfasts, wonderful beach area with natural shadow, many beautiful pools and restaurants to go. But for spa treatment i highly recommend to experience royal hospitality, royal massage treatment, royal kindness at Sen Spa!! to enjoy real Thai serenity and luxurious pleasure for body and mind. Spa menu in Sen spa is upper level, another dimension, comparing to massage salons located nearby out of the hotel. Seasonal discount programs at Sen spa became a nice surprise for me, and added "+" to pleasure to be there. I'm missing a lot those wonderful fairies, Jub, Honey, Fon and others, and commiting myself to come back to Graceland, Sen Spa.

This was our third hotel in Thailand after travelling around. It is described as a 5 star hotel. The positives: The staff are friendly. The breakfast has such a good variety of food. We ordered room service one night and the food was still hot and tasty. The beach was a short walk away. Our room was spacious and clean. The restaurants along the beach are good and friendly. However… On our arrival, we noticed the hotel looked a bit tired in places and needed freshening up with some paint. We also found that it lacked the “wow” that comes with most 5 star hotels. It was a clean hotel but seemed to lack the finishing touches. It is quite a remote area. Like mentioned already, there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the nearby towns but it was already fully booked for whilst we stayed there. There is a small supermarket outside of the hotel grounds. But if you like being able to walk around a town, then you will struggle. If you like a resort where you can stay and eat on the resort for the whole duration, this will be ideal. You can travel to Similan Islands from Khao Lak, approximately 40 minute commute to the pier. However the majority of other boat trips start at Phuket marina which is over 2 hours away in a minibus. However for us, we missed the hustle and bustle of being able to walk out of a hotel and walk around a town. We ended up checking out 4 nights early and spending the rest of our time down in Patong.
