Not quite a five-star hotel, not quite on the same level as some fancy luxorious establishments. For that I think the hotel would have to step it up a notch in terms of staff training and quality of the food. There was nothing wrong with the staff, they all did a great job,most of them smiling? but without going that extra mile that usually distinguishes the cream of the crop from the rest. Also, the food was good, but dinner was rather ordinary, and the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Nevertheless, a very pleasant stay. The best part of the stay was probably the fact that it was never a problem finding beach loungers, even facing the sea. Even though some pathetic guests still insisted on the "claiming my lounger with a towel before breakfast" system, there were still plenty to go around. The staff didn't actively discourage this habit, but the hotel must have done something right in assessing the mumber of loungers needed. Well done! The beach isn't quite for swimming, as the tides are quite prevalent here. Still, it was very beautiful, and the pool more than satisfies our swimming needs. The room was very spacious with a lovely terrace overlooking the ocean, and a huge bathroom. To get to the pool and the restaurant, guests have to walk quite some stairs. Not a problem for us, but there are no ramps, so it's a fair warning to visitors who can't or won't climb stairs. All in all a good stay, definitely recommended, a relaxing few days.

“Very nice hotel”

Very nice hotel, perfectly located close to the beach, excellent food options and excellent service. The entire place is very charming with nature surrounding the property. We really enjoyed our stay, moreover price was quite reasonable considering the luxury status of this place.

“Great home base with great pool and food”

Incredible place to stay In Krabi. The hotel offered many day trips and access to many different boats so we could explore all the surrounding islands. We ate at the hotel all 4 nights and had lots of great Thai food. They even upgraded us to a better villa while we were there! I highly recommend... more

We ate at the hotel all 4 nights and had lots of great Thai food. They even upgraded us to a better villa while we were there! I highly recommend for a couples retreat or families.

Loved this place! Luxurious and comfortable, yet not pretentious. Our room was spacious, beautiful, clean. Comfortable king bed, beautiful stone and wood finishes with thought given to comfort and convenience--shelf for glasses and ipad, plenty of outlets, fridge and coffee maker with everything ... more

Loved this place! Luxurious and comfortable, yet not pretentious. Our room was spacious, beautiful, clean. Comfortable king bed, beautiful stone and wood finishes with thought given to comfort and convenience--shelf for glasses and ipad, plenty of outlets, fridge and coffee maker with everything you need to make coffee, plenty of bottled water, etc. Lots of light, sofa-sized window seat. Bathroom was huge, 2 sinks, 2 closets, skylight, plenty of towels and bath products, hot water. View of beach from our terrace was lovely. Beach and pool access easy. Restaurant was fantastic (and some days we had all 3 meals there.) Service throughout--front desk, pool attendants and restaurant--friendly, warm and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyable 5 days spent there. We can't wait to go back!
