Yet - ALL the staff - literally ALL of them - did there absolute BEST and were OUTSTANDING to give us a great family vacation. Let's start with the check in - we arrived a little early, but our room (WOW Tropical Oasis) was already ready. We sipped our welcome drinks and Nancy already brought us to our room (see pictures) - a big Villa in middle of the "Jungle", featuring a big bathroom, sleep room and a separate "house" with a living room. The outside pool (private) is the highlight of it. The resort is pretty big, so it's recommended to call for a buggy if you want to go somewhere (I.e. reception or the beach). So now lets go on with the people - as I wrote before EVERY SINGLE person working for this resort is just INCREDIBLE. They did all possible to make our vacation a memorable one (especially for our son Max - the "strawberry guy" - everything with strawberries is his thing :)). MAK (Max) - the guy from the reception and driving the buggy - our second Max, just a little older :))) Nancy and her colleagues (every single one of them!!) - from the Whatever Whenever service - Whatever Whenever - signed by me :) And a special shoutout goes to Kathy, who answered all my messages on WhatsApp nearly instantly and 24/7 - seems like she knows what I need already before I know it myself :))) .. Thank you SO MUCH Kathy for taking care of us all those days :) Palm - from the roomservice - it has been a LONG time since I saw such a heartwarming and nice person - seriously it has been a LONG LONG time. Palm - you rock!! :)) So - to conclude this - THANK YOU so much for our wonderful time here. You all made our vacation memorable and special and we look forward to come back :)))

“W Ko Samui - Whatever, Whenever :)”

The W Ko Samui has EVERYTHING you desire for. We were here (or still are) from June 23rd to July 1st - travelling as a family of 3 (my wife, our 4 year old son and me). Let me start with the fact, that the W Ko Samui is not the standard family hotel - there are not made for children (I.e. no kids club etc), it is mainly for couples looking for a romantic getaway or time together.
