“Wonderful stay and location”
Perfect location, park next door was beautiful, great views from our room. We would stay there again without hesitation. Staff were wonderful, Restaurant was excellent…food drink dessertetc

“A great hotel for access to the city”
Our stay on the seventh floor with a balcony was comfortable and easily accessible. Maybe the room was slightly small for a couple but the large balcony made up for it. There was a fair selection of food at the buffet breakfast but not ideal for a vegetarian.

“THE BEST FROM SANTA CRUZ”
I can say that if you want to travel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife you need to choose Occidental. They are the best, I WAS satisfied from all points of view, nothing to add. Staff very friendly, servicies very good, high quality of food/drinks, yes, the best.

“Great location Freindly staff”
The staff were all Freindly and helpful . Good breakfast although the hot stuff wasn’t . Located on the Ramblas and next to a great park, a small supermarket, a very nice Indian and a couple of other restaurants ( one Michelin which we didn’t try the other was good too ) The rooms were a bit tire… more
