“A good place to stay”
Stayed for 2 nights as part of a walking trip in the island. Spacious room, good facilities, decent buffet breakfast, good bar and dinner served was good. Excellent location at centre of town and nearby to several cafes, bars/restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

“A hotel with many smiles!”
I highly recommend this excellent hotel, great location, a very pleasant and exceptional, personable staff with warm, sincere smiles. Both my check in and check out were a breeze. Great breakfast buffet and I had a lovely room. Looking forward to returning!

“Traditional Spanish Style”
Lovely hotel right at the heart of Laguna on one of the main plazas. Interior surrounds of polished wood in traditional Spanish style. Our room was spacious with small kitchen area. Very comfortable bed . The staff all very friendly and helpful. I’m pretty sure we will be back

“Fantastic stay. Disappointing tour operator.”
We stayed at the hotel for Christmas just gone and loved our stay. Our suite was beautiful and had an old feel but was air conditioned and excellently kept. We stayed at the hotel for Christmas just gone and loved our stay. Our suite was beautiful and had an old feel but was air conditioned and excellently kept. Staff were also attentive and helpful at all times. Our only complaint would be to the tour operator Agoda who did not inform us that there was a €15 daily surcharge per person (there were two of us on the stay) to use the spa facilities that we very much enjoyed. The facilities were a big reason for us in booking the hotel so to learn of the charge after we arrived was disappointing. We contacted Agoda customer services by phone and they accepted that they had not mentioned this on their website but were informed by the hotel’s parent company that these charges are present on booking.com. We found this to be a poor excuse as it is not our responsibility to check other service providers before booking a hotel. If one operator informs you a charge exists another operator may not as the service is included in the deal that they are offering. All in all we felt mislead and will not be using Agoda in future.

“In keeping with the area, but missing mod cons”
It is very rare to find a hotel in the plus 100 euro price range that does not have tea and coffee making facilities and plug sockets for charging phones and laptop etc. I had to unplug lamps to charge anything. It is very rare to find a hotel in the plus 100 euro price range that does not have tea and coffee making facilities and plug sockets for charging phones and laptop etc. I had to unplug lamps to charge anything. There is a kitchenette and dining table, with fridge and cooktop, but absolutely nothing else. Two teacups and a pot, but no way to make tea or coffee!! No plates, cutlery, pots or anything! Very bizarre waste of space. Bed clean and comfy but generally a bit dated decor. I was in the older building with car park under. The sign for their parking is a huge locked door, so very easy to drive past and park in the large public car park opposite. They need to give clear directions to get in. Lovely reception lady with great English and very patient with me after I arrived stressed driving around trying to park for so long.
