“Large rooms, quiet, fab location and great staff team”

We had a great few days here at start of march. Asked for a quiet room and that’s what we got - 6th floor. Room was large, sea facing. Beds comfortable (firm) and shower was decent. Yes as many mention the rooms are a bit tired but very clean. We went half board and it suited us - breakfasts buffet great and dinner was also fine. It ain’t fine dining but neither is the price!! Lots of choice and good staff team. When we arrived we booked 5 nights parking for EU18/24 hours - suited us we knew parking is an issue in town. Pool area lovely - quiet at this time of year. Also very close to beach, shops and loads of bars (2 mins walk). Overall we had a relaxing, comfortable break here and would book again.

We visited Sol Atlantis on an easy jet holidays for 4 days from 31st Jan and 3rd Feb and were satisfied with our choice. The Hotel is located in the ideal location and breakfast offers a wide choice. After the 1st day the chef arranged a good vegetarian dinner for our party which we very much appreciated. The staff are polite and pleasant and we look forward to visiting it once again. R SHAH

I’m starting with what I didn’t like about the hotel because it may help you make up your mind on whether to spend the money on booking here. But there are some good points too. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. No welcome bottles of water. There’s no tea or coffee making facilities or even a mini fridge, iron, ironing board in your room. The hotel uses an app for amenities such as an iron or refills of loo roll and booking treatment etc, but it doesn’t work. When I asked at reception they just said “yea it never seems to work when logging in” I’ll attach pics There is only 1 socket beside the bed which is a pain in the ass for charging phones and that. The hotel id say is catered towards maybe more German than uk going by the food on offer. Although I liked breakfast (you can ask for an omelette at the first station) my partner did not (frankfurter sausages etc) resulting in us going out everyday. The toaster is crap, it takes 3 times each side (6total) to get the toast slightly golden. The dinner was not ok, twice my partner got under cooked meat, it was cold in the middle. I mainly stick to salads, which were fine, The Bali beds at the pool area cost €25 and up. If you are looking for the best sunbbed to get the sun I’ll post a picture highlighting what ones to get, the sun disappears behind the hotel around 2:30/3 for about 45 minutes casting Shade over the whole pool area (February-march) this probably changes with the seasons. Oh and the vending machine on the 6th floor took my money from my bank account TWICE but never gave me my product. I didn’t bring this to reception as it was very late and quite frankly I couldn’t be bothered going all the way down over a couple of euro Now for what I enjoyed. The pool bar staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and rooms cleaned daily. 5 stars for the cleaning team The sea view and sound of the waves are amazing. Again I’ll attach pics, The pillows are comfortable and the beds are firm but otherwise ok.
