Playa Jardin Beach lies just 10 minutes' walk away and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz is some 2 km away and can easily be reached by the regular hotel bus service (no service available on Sundays and public holidays).

“Lovely holiday - room unacceptable ”
This was my first solo holiday abroad and I wanted somewhere not too quiet but not too lively. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The grounds are immaculate and well kept. “Could be wonderful”
Overall, we would give this hotel 3 stars. The lobby is beautiful, the pool areas and gardens are too. The staff are without exception very friendly and welcoming.
