We stayed at Eden hotel for 10 nights. It was our first time in Tenerife and we were nervous about staying in this area as a younger couple due to a few reviews saying there isn't much to do round this area (spoiler - we found plenty to do and see and only took a trip to the south once) We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we are glad we stuck with this hotel and area. It was a relaxing 10 nights. The hotel was fab upon check in, especially as we arrived at 1:30am! Our room was spacious and clean with everything we would need for our stay. The cleaners did a great job when we had them in and every member of staff we spoke to was lovely and would happily go the extra mile. We requested a room high up, quiet, and with a good view and they went above and beyond with this and ticked all the boxes. We had booked breakfast so we could eat out in Puerto De La Cruz. The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of options. It was a little repetitive but we are both picky eaters and we managed to find plenty for us regardless. The food was fresh and tasty. We also ate at the hotel 2 nights. One being their Italian themed night, and the other being the mixed grill night. The food was delicious and was refreshed frequently with loads of choice. The pool facilities were great. We never struggled to find a sunbed at either of the main pools which was a concern of ours. The gardens were well looked after and the hotel grounds were beautiful to walk around. There were always people looking after the hotel dotted around. There was the balcony on our floor (Floor 9) which gave you a great view of the mountains too. The area we were in was great. It was VERY hilly but we managed to walk it everyday. The hotel does also offer a bus service into the town if you do struggle with walking and hills too so don't let this put you off. The main town is lovely and food was delicious. We struggled a little with the Spanish but this was mainly our ignorance and not polishing up on this before coming. We really did enjoy our stay with Eden and the staff really do care about this hotel and their customers. Thankyou to all the staff who go the extra mile for you! :)

What a wonderful holiday we have just had, Family of 6, we had 3 superior rooms which were on floor 5, 2 were next to the bar which closes at 11 so no noise problems. What a wonderful holiday we have just had, Family of 6, we had 3 superior rooms which were on floor 5, 2 were next to the bar which closes at 11 so no noise problems. We booked bed & breakfast which was fantastic, plenty of choices, we had dinner a few times which we paid extra for, couple of times it was great, another not so unless you love fish. They had happy hour at the pool bar 5-6 and in the upstairs bar 6-7, which they really need more staff on at these times because you waited quite a while and even though you are in a queue once the hour was up that was it so after waiting 20 mins you got told it's finished, so do try to get more staff at this time to save the barman from any negativity (not from us) The rooms were cleaned everyday except Sunday. There are a lot of steep places around the hotel and in the town, a free shuttle bus takes you into town and back, do check the times and this doesn't run on a Sunday. Taxis are really accessible and cheap. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees, plants and flowers and the pool areas are fab. There's a mini golf course with some outside gym equipment dotted about, I would highly recommend this hotel and want to mention some of the wonderful staff who made it so welcoming for us. Firstly Isaac, what a Gem, he does the entertainment during the day and bingo in the evenings which is free, loves a game of table tennis so do take him on, such a lovely lad. Secondly, Nizar, what a fabulous cheery barman who gave us many laughs and worked so hard. Thirdly, Rita in reception who helped me when we had door trouble she acted swiftly and professionally and is a lovely lady, and last but no means least to the wonderful Agueda, you made my holiday with your welcoming smiles, knowledge and friendly ways, you are all assets to this hotel and we all Thank you so much, also to the waiting staff who do a fabulous job.

The staff were brilliant, polite helpful & friendly. The cleanliness was great. In the hotel, rooms, bar & swimming pools. Their A La carte restaurants service & food was amazing & great value for money, open from Wednesday to Saturday. The grounds were stunning, with beautiful mature trees & plants with spectacular colours. However the building & rooms were tired. There was no Kitchen to speak of it was extremely limited there was a knife, fork, spoon & tea spoon for 2 people. No more. There was a bread knife but no other knives. No potato peeler. No bowls, one large plate & one small plate each. A full oven, fridge with small freezer that was badly repainted & the Handel broken. The water for washing up was not always hot, the kettle was broken. The sink was next to the hob with the only surface available was the draining board side of the sink. No chopping boards. Shower when hot was good. However there was sometimes smells that didn’t originate from our bathroom present from others with a ventilation shaft for all. There was no oven pans so no point having an oven. No hot holding gloves if there were pans. So trying to be sort catering was hard. We were bed & breakfast. Limited to making sandwiches & boiled eggs. The beds were unforgiving but when asked for extra pillows , they were promptly delivered. Our son was in the next room to ours & we borrowed his kettle. I’m sure if I had told them at the time they would have replaced ours. As previously stated the staff were amazing & deserve high praise. Could say the rooms were 4 star, more like a 2/3 for the facilities. Really wish I could have given more.

The hotel is friendly and very welcoming for families, it was clean and well maintained. The gardens are beautiful and so well looked after. Every evening there was some sort of entertainment at the bar and children where welcome to join. The location of the hotel is at the top of a hill and around 25 minutes away from the main waterfront so this is a careful consideration to keep in mind. Although taxis are easy to find and only cost €5 to and from hotel. We stayed bed and breakfast and the organisation of breakfast is very officiant food is quickly restocked and plates are removed quickly when finishes. The snacks and drinks where very reasonably priced and the food that is prepared is very well done and served to a high standard. My only issue with the food for those who are not all inclusive is that it is very limited and the choice is not very considerate to those with children. I have children with additional needs and arnt very comfortable trying new foods so they only really had the option of chips there really isn’t much else to offer. That being said we did eat out often as we new this would be a possibility when booking just bed and breakfast. The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival, we didn’t make use of the housemaids during our week as we prefer to just tidy ourself but we did use them once for a restock. Again we arrived to a fully restocked bathroom and beds made although the dirty bedding was left on out floor and not taken by the maid but this didn’t bother us at all. Reception staff where extremely accommodating with any requests such as calling taxis and information on where to eat. We did have some malfunction with our key card on 4 different occasions but was quickly replaced (although I do think to door itself needed to be looked at) Overall we had a very positive experience and would definitely visit again and recommend we traveled as a group of 7 -3 adults 4 children and we each had a very good experience. Thank you to all staff who work very hard to ensure that the hotel remain clean, friendly and welcoming.
